Inquiring Minds
 

            I get asked all sorts of questions about spiritual philosophies and the meaning of life. They tend to come in groups as though the consciousness of humanity is on the same page, of the same book, at the same moment. When I get clusters of questions, I will try to answer them here. If you have a question that is of a spiritual nature -- related to philosophy or clarification of a spiritual matter -- send it to me and I’ll do my best to shed some light on it. When I answer your questions I always gain some enlightenment myself. I will rely on you to help direct my vision and expand my insight.

            At the moment of creation, when all light energies flickered into being a process was begun that will take eternities and perhaps more to complete. The creator of all sent out these energies, these small infinitesimal specks, that were a part of the source light to gather and grow, to expand and evolve, to embrace that speck of core light within themselves and to eventually become co-creators. For eons they floated in the nothingness, they learned eventually consciousness and when that process was complete, around them appeared suns and universes, stars and galaxies’. The light energies were scattered throughout the universes to take form, gather density, and have the experiences of the different realms and dimensions that they had settled upon. Those who touched upon the earth plane took physical form and eventually evolved into human form, this process took millions and millions of earth years to accomplish. As consciousness became more and more developed, awareness and then evolution of the spirit within began its journey upon this planet. As humanity emerged from the darkness that was the beginning on this planet, many things were unexplainable. The unknown was a fearful place for these early beings, and so myth and later religion explained. Lightning strikes were bolts sent by the Gods to punish mankind. Earthquakes were other Gods shifting the earth, and thunder was the Gods as they tumbled through the clouds fighting. All natural phenomena not explainable through reason, no matter how basic, have myths surrounding them to make them more acceptable to humanity.
            Every generation brings forth wise writings and prophets some ancient and others present within their own times to explain what is not explainable … to ease the fear of the unknown with myth and prophecy, to foretell the future and assure humanity of their evolution and eternal spirits. The sight of prophets is limited to their vision within the human form and though their spirits may well have the sight of eternity it does not translate often into human reality.
            Your spirits are on a journey of evolution, consciousness is expanding and greater and greater insight and wisdom is constantly available to you. Eons have you been growing and gathering, brighter and brighter have the lights within you grown in brilliance and radiance … but the journey has just begun and levels and dimensions are yet to be achieved. As this process takes place, old habits return at times of transitions and around what is not understood attracts the soothsayers of the past, to weave their magic around the fears of the present and bridge the transition into a new age for the spirit to evolve into. They will find signals to point to in the physical that open portals into the future for the simple minds to wrap around. Those who need no magic hear a different message at times of transition, they often carry the light body energy and “know” that change is eminent and embrace it. The great masses will follow the myth and eventually come to the knowingness of the others … your history will reflect these shifts and the patterns your species has followed each time the shift in consciousness happens on a global stage. Such a time is near.
            Humanity has had a shift in consciousness and as the awareness expands life changes and alterations must and will take place. The speed is determined by the individual lights as they reach for and embrace the lessons of the moment and the changes that occur within the physical reality. The journey is a long one full of challenges and growth, love and light. This planet supports those upon it, has and will continue to be a source for experience for the spirits who evolve here. The blue print for evolution has always been within each and every light soul, the map they will follow is within as well. No messages from the source are necessary for when the spirit is ready the doors to understanding open and the information and energy, the power and talents are there for them. Every generation to this point in time need their soothsayers, they should be security blankets for those who need reassurance and comfort. Those who use their talents to frighten and plant seeds of fear, well they as well are evolving and when their words are empty they will learn to seek the higher truths and to share them. There is a place and purpose to every light energy, not always seen or understood but a larger purpose is in play within the evolution of the spirit. Please be assured that total ascendance into those magical realms that are just out of reach is absolutely a direction that humanity will one day achieve, embrace and utilize as new and even more profound abilities become suspected and then known. The journey has just begun.
 

 

2012
 
            On December 21st 2012 at precisely 11:11 Greenwich mean time the Mayan calendar completes a 26000 year cycle, called the great cycle.. Many are fearful that this marks the end times and a new movie leaves nothing to the imagination. However, I again did some work on the subject and found that Though many cultures, the Maya, the Hopi, the Egyptians, the essences , the qero elders of Peru, the Navajo, the Cherokee, the apache, the Iroquois confederacy, the Dragon Tribe and the Aborigines all spoke of the last days of any Great cycle. They all held that the completion of these great cycles brings a shift of the ages, a shift in the consciousness of mankind. They are times of regeneration of the earth, offering awakening to all open, willing hearts. It has been predicted that this opens the door for the return of universal telepathy, heightened sense capacity, and self-reflective consciousness; this is reported to be the return to the sacred domain of our inner technologies.
            The Mayan calendar functions on a 26000 year cycle, the Grand cycle, but they are not the only ones who had this same system. The Sumerians, the Tibetans, the Egyptians, the Cherokees, the Hopi all refer this same 26000 year cycle and have calendars based upon it. All of these cultures were avid star gazers and kept charts that we call the precession of the equinoxes. This is very close to a 26000 year cycle in which the earth transits through each of the 12 signs of the zodiac for about 2152 years each. Each of these ages represents one month of the grand cosmic year.
            I found it interesting that this 26000 year cycle is mirrored by the 260 day cycle of human gestation. So in a way humanity is going through a birth process and it is not the first we have gone through in the many generations of our soul’s evolution. And as with any labor, it is not the mother, nor the baby who is in change – it is the primal process of birth itself unfolding its own destiny.
            So what does this all mean for us? It is clear we are coming to the end of one age and the beginning of a new one – A world age of rebirth, an age of spirit. Are things changing, of course they are … that’s what is supposed to happen? We are being invited to realize that we are time. We are living prophecy. The synchronistic order of natural time governs the unfolding of our lives. Time cycles are found within our bodies and within nature’s daily rhythms and cyclic seasons. We have forgotten this, thinking that time is money or that time is the clock, or the relentless progression of work weeks and weekends. Time is the ever changing, unfolding now, as it syncronistically coordinates the whole living universe.
            There is no question that time is accelerating and there is no end to what the experts say we can expect and of course even that is speculation. There are earth changes as well as massive spiritual awakenings to our inherent oneness going on globally. There are many views and implications of the approaching years 2012, 2013 and years beyond. As those dates approach – we are collectively in a transition phase of the old world dying and a new world being born. That which seems like normal lifestyle decisions and behaviors are but precedents set by our modern standards – not necessarily reflecting the most balanced, healthy or sane way to operate. It is for us to decipher how to live our lives with integrity; to determine what truths empower us and to model our lives according to our greatest harmonious potential.
            We all have great potential within us and the time is coming when we will be able to use those hidden talents and energies within our realities to a greater extent. The world is changing; we’ve all see it in one form or another. There is no arguing with the facts that the old ways for the most part do not work within our realities as they used to. Those who are willing to change and move into a more spiritual pathway will find that life and abundance unfold for them as a flower that is blooming. Those who choose to hold to the old ways will find themselves shelved and dusty like the texts of old that crumble forgotten by time. No one’s going to die in cataclysms; no more than usual anyhow, we do have them every day. What’s going to happen is that those who embrace the more spiritual approaches to life will flourish and those who don’t, well they will just get by and wonder why things don’t work for them. Those who live their lives taking advantage of others will find their lives empty and wonder why. There is a clear choice here but it must be made with integrity and honesty. This is one of those times that the truth shins and all else falls on deafened ears. You may be able to pull the wool over most people’s eyes but for sure, there is no bs-ing the universe when shift and change are in the air.
            This is an exciting time in the evolution of humanity. New vibrations are being felt, new aspects of our consciousness are opening to us, there is a return to a time of spiritual approach to life, and the potential open to us is amazing, it just means we have to shift a bit, not a problem. Upheaval – sure, but mostly it’s inside of us not the outside. Change – absolutely, but oh my, for the best. And the magic that is available to us will be common practice in the days to come. Do you ever wonder that if the magic becomes normal … what then will become magic? Definitely a thought to ponder.
 

 

Light Body Energies
 
            Long ago, before time, before form. All souls were created in less than the blink of an eye. Millions and millions of individual lights were scattered over the darkness of eternity some clustered and others drifting on their own but still connected by a single filament of gold light thread. Each independent and with awareness yet just a single flicker of light that connected them each to the other and then all to the creator. They floated for I don’t know, maybe millions of years just being and while they floated, around them a universe was created, galaxies and endless planets and suns. The light show went on and is still going on to this day. The light souls were gathered together and silently there was a call for volunteers, I’m sure it was done more profoundly but this is the only way I know how to explain it all. I was originally given just the vision of the process and then had to put my own words to the entire scenario. So if I sound irreverent anywhere please excuses me. There was a group of souls clustered in one area; there were a hundred and forty four thousand of them. I like to think they were around the water cooler comparing their auras, probably not the case, in any rate they seemed to not respond to the call and so became the volunteers. They agreed to bring their Light Body Energy into a lifetime once every two thousand years or so, as a group. The Light Body Energy here would become the energy that is usually left on the other side as the gate keeper when the spirit incarnates. This is the first element we see when we cross over. It carries the same form we have in the physical so in essence at the moment of death we meet ourselves and become one once more. This didn’t seem, at the time a lot to ask of anyone.
            So then the soul energies, the specks of light were scattered all over the universe, throughout creation to take on the forms that were appropriate to the areas that they settled in, to begin their journeys back to the source of creation. They took on density and form and lived a physical life in a realm very unlike what they were used to. Those who fell upon the earth plane, both volunteers and others created groups and then villages and then towns and over time and generations of the soul’s evolutions cities and nations. And every two thousand years the volunteers brought with them into incarnation the Light Body energy. The Bible speaks of them as fallen angles, this is not the case. They are on the earth’s surface to act as Sheppard’s of sorts. They are also here so that they can help to facilitate the shifting of the consciousness of humanity and are here to provide a sort of anchor for that shift to take place. They have been scattered all over the globe and if you connected them with filaments of light, the globe would look as if it was covered with a net or net work of light. The shift in consciousness takes place when that web is expanded and stretched outward by a force of light energy that is the source of creation. It expands the consciousness of every living organism upon the planet, including those who carry light body energy. It expands understanding and insight and sends everyone within to discover the greater wisdoms that are then available to them. In a way much is revealed to those who seek. That shift took place in the early 90’s and those with light body energy went through an upheaval in their personal lives … for some it was an unexpected shift of employment , for others relationships took radical shifts, for others there were physical emergencies and for others still accidents that changed their physical realities forever. No matter what the cause, these individuals had a rather rude awakening and their lives were changed in amazing ways. For me it was a car accident that took me from the security of a teaching career, through seven years of law suits, vertigo and then early retirement so that I could pursue my pathway of spiritual teaching and learning. Everyone on the planet experienced a shift in consciousness; those with light body energy just did it on a much more impressive scale.
            Once the shift took place the light body energy, now a new level of consciousness began to reach for information, learning experiences and insights to the physical plane. It had not after all been present in the physical for over two thousand years and there was a lot to gather. Light Body energy people felt and still feel driven, they don’t know where they’re going but they know they have to get there. They bore easily for when they totally understand something it’s time to move onto something else, they will often have a great many different projects going at the same time just to keep them occupied. They want to organize and focus all their friends, and they have no problem giving their opinions, the only problem is that their advice is rarely taken and that frustrates them greatly. Those who have this energy will find that many come to them for advice and usually the problems are indeed a challenge, something light body individuals enjoy … the only problem is that light body individuals are here to teach as examples, to be an illustration of what living in the light and using the creative to fuel their lives spiritually and that brings all sorts of abundance into their lives. Giving advice is not in the job description, as a matter of fact giving advice often creates more problems than it solves. The advice given is appropriate for the one giving it and almost always will not work for the one seeking guidance. People do seek out the light body energy individuals because of the energy they radiate. People with problems love to talk about them but often are not seeking answers but rather sounding boards to reflect back at them so that they can solve their own issues according to the journey they are on. This does not often occur to light body people, their energy and intensity drives them to get involved whenever they can because they have all the answers inside of themselves. And they do, but it is most appropriate for their lives and no one else.
            Relationship and friendship are also areas that are challenging. These individuals have greater depth and intensity than most and as a result expect more of friendship and relationship. Their capacity to give and receive is very intense and when they do not get back the same intensity they often get board and move on. It’s important for them to realize this or they will feel isolated and wonder why they don’t fit in with everyone else. Everyone with this energy active within them comes to this point sometime in their lives. The reality is that they are isolated, both because of the intensity within them and because for this lifetime they did not incarnate into the earth plane as they had for so many other generations. We incarnate in soul groups through time, these soul groups could be described almost as an entire village of spirits and we change each lifetime as to sex and social status, religion, culture and relationship to the others in our soul group. Light body energies were such a village at the time of creation, and during normal evolutions they do incarnate in close proximity one to another. But during those times of shift in consciousness, every two thousand years this pattern changes and they are scattered all over the earth plane. They come to rest in areas where their light will help others who are seeking and by example will they share their wisdoms and their lights. This makes life a bit more of a challenge for they often feel alone and isolated even though there are family members close at hand. When you incarnate away from the soul family it can be unsettling, and often there is a wander lust, wanting to travel and explore, in reality looking for home and family. There are times when light body energies find one another and then the sparks do fly, they can’t stop talking to each other and it’s like they have to catch each other up on lifetimes of experiences. When Light body energies connect friendship is intense and there is respect and a bond that is unexplainable within the physical reality. While there is a cosmic purpose to the scattering of a soul family, this lifetime it appears that there is a need for the family to form links even though it is in unusual ways. There is a web of energy that the light body individuals crate and this lifetime it seems that it is important for them to recognize each other and in some way to share energies. I believe that’s why the patterns came through to so many different people all over the globe, to awaken recognition of the energy and to reach out and connect with each other, to be an unusual support system and to link together as family even though thousands of miles separate them. I know the question is out there, how I know if I’m one of these extraordinary individuals or not. If you fit into the criteria I’ve already given, and if you feel that there is a purpose to your life and you just have to find it, good chance you are. I’ve identified a couple of hundred of you in my travels, I don’t know of anyone else who can see the energy the way I do so rather than asking a psychic (please don’t do that, most psychics aren’t light bodies) Look within yourselves, the answer is there.
            The purpose of Light Body energies, after the shift of consciousness takes place; it is to cause others to wonder where their inner lights are and send them within to find that radiance, not by words but by deeds. This is so very hard for light body individuals because they really like to talk about the wisdom they have gathered and they also really take a strange kind of pleasure out of counseling others on how to fix their lives … speaking from experience here. Our greatest challenge is to teach by example and to walk our talk, and for those with light body energy this is very, very difficult.
There are a few perks, Light body energies do usually have very long and healthy lifetimes, long enough to traumatize children and grand children. They are very manifestational and often can make magic happen by using their imaginations and bringing creative energy into places where it usually has not been used. All you have to do is suggest something to a light body individual and they are usually off and running, with others often suggestions just hang in the air and dissipate. These are the doers and if you tell them something can’t be done they just love the challenge even more.
            While light bodies individuals have great challenges this lifetime so do those who do not carry this energy. This is a time of awakening to the spiritual realms on new levels of consciousness. It is a time when the spiritual flows through creation and the creative energies and opens our hearts and eyes to the greater potentials of the human spirit. Whether or not you carry this energy it is an amazing time to be present on planet earth to watch the light show that is taking place in the ether around us.
 

 

Spirit Guides and Guardian Angels
 
            Over the last several months many people have asked about their spirit guides, want their names or even had their names and wanted to know more about them. While I absolutely believe that we all have guides on the other side my philosophy as to who and what they are is a bit different from the main stream of thought. Its information that came through channeling so I put a lot of faith in it even though it does depart from the standard philosophy held by most of the population. It is one of my inner truths and I share it with you … not to sway you or your belief system but rather to give you another thought, or point to ponder. Embrace it or not, at any rate it is an interesting option.
            When I asked the universe about guides and guardian angels I got the following … Everyone does indeed have guides that are there to offer guidance and philosophies but they are not separate entities but rather a filament of a past lifetime when the spirit had direct access to the other realms. The answers to your questions always have and always will rest within and everyone has different ways of reaching for that wisdom. When one asks for guidance and gets a name they are in reality reaching deeply into past lifetimes for one in which they were of service to the light and had access to the other dimensions because of the clarity of their connection that lifetime. They embrace that persona and virtually put it on and it becomes their “guide” this lifetime. When they ask for wisdom they blend for a moment into that persona and are able to connect themselves to the wisdoms that they seek, always resting deep within the soul memories that they themselves carry. Often it is possible, by finding a past life when the connection was strong and clear to also tap into the soul records of the past, present and future, gaining insight into the purpose and direction of this lifetime.
            Often names are given, for that was the name carried in that past lifetime. Frequently that past lifetime is vibrantly alive in soul memory and so can be related in great detail. What is often missed is that it a past life rather than another separate entity. Consider for a moment … who better to guide you that that perfect soul carried within, for that soul has complete knowledge of the journey to date and the purpose and direction most appropriate for the evolution that is sought.
Guidance comes from within and the best teacher and guide is always that spirit, within, that link with the creator and the soul energy that has journeyed through time and carries your individual spark of the infinite.
            We have as well guardian angels that oversee our evolution and they are always near, watching and shedding light when darkness envelops us. They watch as we journey the path that we chose before incarnation and remind us when needed the direction we chose. They do not interfere for that is not within their power but they can and do remind us of fragments of our journey so we can remember and get back on track. Our lives have been charted by us for us before we reincarnated and they were very detailed. In human consciousness sometimes it doesn’t seem fair or even sane but everything does fit into the puzzle of evolution that we are a part of. Many just can’t imagine why things befall them and think there is a conspiracy but there really isn’t. All things are drawn to us because they are needed for our evolution and is something that has cosmic reason …not human. Angels, Guides and spirit teachers are all a part of our development and evolution … a part of a plan that we only grasp a part of while in human form and while us are on the earth plane. Once we cross over and have access to total awareness of our spiritual legacy and the ever unfolding of the potential of our evolution, then and only then do all the pieces fall into place and we finally understand the total picture we are only a small piece of.
 

 

There’s a Quickening in the Cosmos
 
            There is a quickening in the cosmos, a stirring in the universe, of excitement and anticipation. On all levels of consciousness there is an awareness that shift and change are in the air; and that change will alter our perception until the end of time. We enter into a phase of ascension, a shifting of consciousness that opens us to greater vision and potential than humanity has ever before experienced. Each generation brings with it into incarnation the feeling that there is a dawning of a new age, but this is different and on a completely different level. Humanity has reached a time when the veils between dimensions are thinning and those who are upon spiritual pathways will indeed be able to see beyond their own reality. This is a time when those who are sincerely walking their talk will be able to draw on those universal energies with greater frequency and intensity and be able to utilize them for the benefit of all of mankind.
            This is a time of awakening as we have never seen before; for the truth behind the words must be echoed in the actions or the words will fall on deafened ears. Those who speak but do not act will find themselves speaking in deserted arenas with the echoes of their own empty words mocking them. We come to a time of truth in all aspects of reality and everyone who speaks and walks it will receive the gift of new vision and understanding of the spiritual laws and universal energies that have, since the beginning of time been our inner guides, now they come to the fore, to be used to greatly expand the consciousness of all who would see and reach beyond the human limits.
            We come into a time when the physical is not enough and we reach for the spiritual to stretch us into realms not open to us previously. Religion provides us with building blocks but that alone is not enough. It is the spiritual aspects that provide the mortar and allow us to go beyond religion into the etheric realms that only the spiritual can ascend to. This is a time of growing beyond the physical and reaching into areas only a few have touched into. Humanity is awakening to the potential that the inner truths have always held to and is beginning to grasp the importance of those truths to the survival of the species. We come to a time of spirit where all are embraced in unconditional love. There will be those who choose to walk away from that embrace and they will spend lifetimes coming to the point of ascension. For those who choose to walk their inner truths and embrace the unconditional love that is offered, spiritual wisdoms and understanding are there to be utilized for the benefit of all of humanity.
            The awakening spreads slowly and vast numbers will stir into remembrance of the wisdoms and truths that are stored within. This is a time of great joy as we reclaim talents and wisdoms that have always rested within us. For many the endless searching through dusty manuscripts is at an end; for the answers have always rested securely within our own consciousnesses. We have the answers and the ability to manifest them …the only question is … will we use them wisely this time?
 

 

The Triad of Spirit
 
            Most of us are familiar with trinities of all sorts, we have grown up with them and they flow from our tongues easily. For those who are on the spiritual pathway there is another to add to the list that is of great import.
            We are creations of the Infinite and as such we provide a link in the spiritual DNA of the universe. It was the creative energy and unconditional love of the Infinite that evolved us into creation. Creative energy is the fuel of all that is. By manifesting creative energy we send a signal to the universe that we understand this process and are willing to fuel this lifetime with that creative energy. Manifesting creative energy within our lives sets in motion the spiritual flow of wisdom that in turn moves our physical lives along out pathways.

 

Creative energy -> Spiritual energy -> movement on the physical plane.
 
            When life seems as if it isn’t moving along fast enough for you look for what you are doing on a creative level, just for the sheer joy of creating. Chances are that life has gotten in the way of the creative process and those things that gave you joy on the creative levels have been put aside. You fuel your life with the creative energies, when they are absent; things come to a grinding halt. By getting creative you add richness to your life, the spiritual will once again flow into your energy field and life will move ahead.
            A word of insight … the creative process needs to be done on a regular basis; one day just won’t cut it. The creative energies can manifest in all sorts of different ways, be creative about being creative and you greatly increase the abundance it can bring into your life.
 

 

The Transformation of Transition
 
            Cosmically speaking this is a time of great transition, the energies are shifting, climates going crazy, and there is social unrest in the most unexpected of areas. 2009 may well go down in history as one of the most unsettled times in quite a while, at the same time it is exciting because of all the changes going on within the consciousness of humanity. There is an energy of awakening of remembering the value of inner truths and the responsibility of accepting the consequences of our words and actions. If ever there were a time of enlightenment this seems to be a good choice. Change is in the air everywhere and everyone is feeling the insecurity. Most of us get a bit uncomfortable with change because it means we have to reach out into the unknown instead of being comfortable with the known. Change happens when the time is right, whether or not we’re ready for it. And change is happening.
            Those who had slumbered along, trusting that their needs would be taken care of are waking up to the fact that while they slumbered others plundered. People are starting to take responsibility for their own well being and standing up for what they believe in, they’re own inner truths. Where once there were hoards of lemming like masses blindly following leaders that convinced them they knew best; now there are questions everywhere and the truth is rooted out no matter how cleverly is had been disguised.
            This is a time for truth and change and the universal energies are fueling the consciousness of all of humanity. As great numbers find that the security they once had is now gone they are finding strength and passion for new endeavors that allow them to explore new horizons. This is indeed a time of great change but it is one that is long overdue. The spirit of the explorer, of one who breaks new ground and inspires the young is alive and well within the hearts and minds of many. Those who you never thought would have taken a stand now do so with strength and conviction. There is a new spirit awake and change will follow and a time of abundance and change. The old structure no longer provides the support for the truth of the future so it will be shifted and expanded according to the dreams of the founders but evolved into the time it must serve.
            So if transition is in your present or future, celebrate it and welcome the chance to reach beyond your present vision into a future that offers a more truthful, peaceful existence, where your word is your bond and your actions reflect the wisdom of your words.
 

 

Something to Ponder

 
            In the quiet of the night, when everything has finally settled down and all that can be heard are the crickets chirping to one another, I often have the time to ponder great cosmic concerns. The other night I got to thinking about we have great testimonies to civilizations and cultures that walked the planet over the past several thousands of years. Pyramids, broken pottery, fragments of tablets, pictures in caves left by generations of our ancestors scattered all over the globe. We are able to piece together with these hints out of time the culture and the everyday life of individuals that walked this planet thousands perhaps millions of years ago. We have momentary glimpses of life and how it was lived by those who came before us. It is amazing what can be gleamed from only a fragment of pottery or scrapes against the walls of caves. It gave me cause to wonder, what will we leave for those who come after us in thousands or millions of years from now? Our buildings certainly do not have the staying power of the pyramids, we implode them at will and pummel them into dust to rebuild and expand, and art work will crumble much in the same way, though it may well last a bit longer. The written word is already fading into history and being digitalized, the printed book may well become an antique in my lifetime.
            So generations from now how will what we leave behind define us as a culture or even a species. Will the planet even be here to mark our place within the cosmos? This thought has really weighed heavily on me. I know that NASA is beaming a signal out into the vastness that is space but how can a DNA picture and drawings of a man and a woman define a culture or a species? We have a lot to be proud of as a species and we have done good things. We have come a long way since the beginning of time and though I’m not really proud of the wars and the inhumanity to man that has taken place throughout history I am proud of our kindness to each other in times of tragedy, our caring for the safety of the planet and the ecology and how we do battle with disease and poverty. Humanity has accomplished a lot. So how do we leave signals to tell others about the times we live in, what mark do we leave in the fabric of time that will be gathered by those who drift by what is left of the planet millions and millions of years from now? Then I realized that the electrical impulses we send out drift eternally, the world wide net spreads further than any of us can imagine. Your words, my words, our music (some of it), all that is electrically charged resonates out from the planet and travels for eternity. Think about it what we say now over the electrical system we are using now will live, in a way forever. This is our fragment of pottery; this is how we define our culture and species. Someday in the far distant future someone or something will pick up these vibrations that float upon the energic waves that radiate from the planet, and hopefully there will be a Rosetta stone like discovery and they will be able to listen and hear what we thought and how we lived. So we are in a way defining our culture by what say and how we express our belief systems … our struggle for understanding of cosmic laws and energies may well cause a smile to cross the faces of those who most likely have already achieved the ascension we all are struggling to find. And the tools of transformation we are just now beginning to understand and use they take for granted. Imagine how wondrous the higher dimensions must be.
 

 

Reincarnation and Past Lives
 
            Reincarnation and past lives. Without reincarnation we don’t have past lives quite obviously. The earth plane is the school in which the soul gathers the lessons and wisdoms that are needed for evolution and often those lessons need to be gathered and learned from countless different perspectives and different levels of consciousness over and over and over again in order for them to be completely incorporated into the spirit. Think about it for a minute … we need to experience not only the different sexes but races, cultures, religions and positions in life as well. When you look at what is needed to be gathered and then the different dimensions it must be gathered from … one can see why thousands perhaps millions of lifetimes would be needed in order to refine and evolve the spiritual energies.
            It’s hard to know just where to begin explaining this process … in a way it feels like which came first, the chicken or the egg. My experience personally is of course limited to this life time … sort of. So we’ll start with a new life within the mother’s womb. I don’t know exactly when the soul enters … we’ll leave that up to the scientists and the theologians to duke it out. But At birth the soul is in place and totally aware, absolutely aware, cognizant of the purpose of this life time, conscious of the spirit energies that gather at the time of birth, the soul has full recollection of the other side and of the ackashic records, what they hold and how they apply to this lifetime. The soul energy, so vibrantly alive and wise must rest within the physical body and patiently wait while the body grows and matures, the muscles develop and independent motion is achieved as well as language. By then the surroundings and parents have poured information and training into the new life form. The spirit energy recedes as the personality and egos develop, molded by the culture and society in which it must function. Memories of the spirit realm and the other side, the magic and mystery of spiritual evolution drift into the well of wisdom we call the imagination and rest there until consciousness expands and evolves and calls those memories forth to serve the realms in which the physical inhabits. For some that call comes early, for others later and still others … well maybe next lifetime. As the child grows and evolves through the physical lessons, hurdles and challenges that occur the spirit learns from those struggles and gathers wisdoms and stores them away. Life is always an adventure, sometimes more fun than others but always there is learning going on and wisdoms that are gathered. And please understand that it isn’t just the difficult times that hold the lessons and the messages for the spirit. Laughter and joy, bliss and jubilation hold just as much for the spirit as the difficulties. As a matter of fact I think that joy holds more because it brings back distant memories of the other side and of course of lifetimes past as well. So please never think for a second that you have to be having a difficult time in order for the soul to grow. Be joyful and celebrate enlightenment it goes a lot further.
            Every time we enter a lifetime there are goals that we have set for us to accomplish within that journey a sort of road map of accomplishments. They might seem pretty mundane to most of us but they are usually very important to the development of the soul. When they are all accomplished, every one of them … then and only then do we experience release from the human form and blend with the light and cross over to the other side of the veil of light that separates us from that other dimension.
            Leaving the physical body behind, for it was only the vehicle for the spirit for that lifetime; our energy takes on for a time the shape and form of the physical we just left … We are met by loved ones who have gone before, both animal and human and go through a period of decompression of sorts … Human qualities and habits do imprint the soul energy and for a time we carry on with our normal routines. The other side creates for us what we need to gently make the transition from physical reality to that of spirit. Our energy initially has greater density and as time passes and we grow more and more comfortable with the realms of the other side we let go of the familiar and allow the spirit energy to let go of that density and to radiate and glow, and slowly over time we let go the forms that once were             familiar and flow into the light energies that are the natural state of the spirit . As the light brightens within us the lessons and wisdoms that were so carefully gathered are incorporated into our lights … they add energy and brilliance to the soul energy and each adds greater dimension and intensity to the inner light that we radiate. Each grain of wisdom, each lesson experienced adds to the quality of the brilliance that is within .Now there is no time on the other side so it’s really hard to explain how long it takes before a soul begins to yearn once more to incarnate and gather greater brilliance. I know that the yearning for the experience comes from the very core of the spirit and that before reincarnation takes place there is great deal of time spent determining what will be worked upon next and what sort of lessons are needed to be gathered and from what perspective. It is by no means random, and considered a blessing to be given the opportunity to reincarnate and grow. Someone once asked me why do some babies come into life for sometimes just a few hours or days … why incarnate for just a few moments? I guess the simple answer is that that’s all they needed for their evolution process to complete a cycle and draw into closure an aspect of their soul development, and perhaps that was an important experience for the parents as well. On a soul level I realize there are needs for these kinds of experiences, frankly on a personal level I figure after millions of years there just has to be a better way. I do know that we incarnate in spirit groups and that we experience all manner of relationships within those groups as we travel through lifetime after lifetime. It is an amazing cycle of evolution and one that never gets old (so to speak). There are those who declare they are never coming back, that this is their last lifetime on the earth plane. They’re personality for sure won’t be back but their spirit is most probably in it for the long haul and will continue the journey not only on this plane but on others, probably other planets and dimensions as well.
            Now, as for past lives, and we’ve all had thousands and thousands of them. They are chapters within our soul’s development and evolution. If you consider that our spirits have to experience those learning situations from every perspective then a single element could require hundreds of different lifetimes to firmly claim a lesson gathered and absorbed. While I like to think that I learn most of my lessons the first time out, the reality is that sometimes I have to repeat some of them many times over to really get the point. Imagine what it must be like to have to cover so many different perspectives … it boggles the mind. The memories of lifetimes past are carried within the spirit and stored in the well of wisdom that we call the imagination. We have access to those memories in the form of dreams and often experiences of just knowing an area though we had never been there before. Past lifetimes, often are so well imprinted upon the spirit that they filter into the current one, sometimes in very unusual ways. Sometimes we bring a talent from a past life into the current one, or a phobia, or even a memory that was so strong that it came through the reincarnation process intact. While occupations do not follow us lifetime to lifetime (thank heavens that would just be wrong) Skills and talents often do filter in, sometimes being unexplainable to the current life.
            Past lives, their memories and dreams often touch us from the dream state … they are richly there for us to use and draw from if we open to what we carry within. But understand to have full knowledge of the past, all of the lifetimes since the beginning would most probably cause us to be nonfunctional within this lifetime. I’m pretty sure if that was the case we would most probably be in a padded cell somewhere and on some pretty strong medication as well.
            These lifetimes are very important because they have provided us with the wisdoms to evolve to this point in time. They provide us with the foundation for this lifetime and help to point the way for the lessons that we gather this time. With each new journey, each new lifetime we have a store house of experience within that well of wisdom and insight gathered that can be tapped into if we choose. I’ll grant you it takes work and energy and creative channels to be opened … but when we do, when we stretch ourselves and open creative channels the amazing wealth of insight and information that is available to us is profound … And in a way some of the process is sort of like Tinkerbelle from peter pan … you have to believe and then all things are possible.
            Getting back to past lives … on top of the fact that they are just fascinating to tune into and just downright cool… They have insight that impacts this lifetime. Only those lifetimes that are focused upon the same goal you are working on now will be available to you. There has to be a direct correlation or they would not be available to you. It is an amazing process and so very intricate that at times I envision it as a great cosmic computer that is keeping track of all of this. I know it sounds a bit irreverent but I don’t know how else to explain it. The process has been going on for millions of years so I guess the other side has had time to work out the kinks in the system. I do know that because of the evolution within the consciousness of humanity we all have access to more and more of the information that is stored within us as well as past life experiences that were not available decades ago. Take the time, quiet yourself and let the past shed some light on the present and help to open the door to the future. It is after all the greatest adventure yet!
 

 

Living Word
 
            There is great power in the spoken word, far more than could be imagined. Once words are spoken they take on lives of their own; the more we repeat ourselves the greater the power we put into them. The universe eventually will not be able to tell the difference between a spoken thought and actual reality and will compel us to actually manifest those words. We think aloud, promising to create a project, realize a dream or climb an emotional mountain. The imprint of those words upon the element of time creates a contract with the universe and we unwittingly commit to the manifestation of our own words; they represent a promise to the spirit within and the universe embraces it as well, creating a flow of energy that directs us towards the fulfillment of that promise. This often results in life taking on directions that we don’t expect and in some cases are not very comfortable with. The old saying, “be careful what you ask for”, evolved from the reality that when you put it out there the universe goes into action and helps you to realize your request. The more you cooperate with the universe once this takes place the easier life can be. Your words make the commitment, they reinforce that commitment and by doing so you put energy into the realization of that thought. For those on a spiritual pathway this is greatly increased. Take care with what you put out there; make sure you are going to take action and are willing to work for what your words commit you to. When we do not follow through on those promises life has a tendency to slow down and put everything else on hold until we make good our words. Often things said casually without thought can come back and haunt you in unusual ways. These are times when the energy of the universe is intensified and life takes on greater complexities. We are moving into times of greater awareness to all levels of consciousness and the ability to strive for and achieve much that just a few years ago was beyond our vision. Your words are very powerful and can cause great change not only within your personal realities but globally as well. Chose your words and promises well and they could shift the destiny of creation.
 

 

9/11/2001
 
            Everyone has their own private story about 9/11 just as those who experienced the times of the assignation of President John F. Kennedy and Pearl Harbor and the end of World War II. Those moments in time were so intense and so filled with the emotions of millions of people that they are not only burned into our own memories and consciousness but upon the fabric of time as well. Anyone who experienced those times can tell you where they were and what they were doing when they heard the news … and for this present generation it rings true for 9/11/2001. I’m sure we all have shared our experiences and memories frequently especially around the anniversary of that date, I know I have. I’ve shared where I was and what I was doing countless times; but I’ve never shared what it was like for a psychic living less than fifty miles from ground zero.

            I experienced the same flood of emotions that everyone else did; the horror, the disbelief and the fear that were released not only personally but from within the twin towers when those airplanes that were used as flying bombs collided and exploded. When this sort of trauma hits a fragment of time it sends our waves of energy and those who are sensitive and able to tune into those vibrations see a different level of reality. I was drawn into what one can only call a tsunami of energy into which souls were being drawn into a light that enveloped everything. The experience for me as a psychic was very similar to what one might experience undergoing twilight sleep during surgery. You feel removed from your reality though you can see it and hear what is going on. In addition you float within a sphere of translucent light and are able to watch and listen to in essence another dimension of reality unfolding before your very eyes and because there is a spiritual thread as well you begin to see a larger picture than most and the implications and reasons for the experience. The logical mind is suspended for a time and the impossible becomes possible. There was a huge whoosh and the air around me became clear and sharp, an almost imperceptible sound of a sort of music vibrated around me and I could see the individual lights that were the souls of those who had been released; they swirled and danced around twinkling within a cloud of light that had enveloped everything and everyone.

            I was filled with wonder and soon came to realize that there was much more to this experience than I could ever grasp. There was a message here that perhaps with time could be shared so that additional understanding might be absorbed. So I put it out there for those who might seek a deeper understanding of moments like this. When something such as 9/11 occurs, it is so violent, so horrible and so sudden that it burns itself into the very fragment of time in which it happens. It is seared indelibly upon that spot in the universe and the memories of all of humanity, not only for this lifetime but for all of eternity. It becomes a beacon to mark a time and place when the course of humanity took a turn and made a shift, and for those who are sensitive they will eternally feel it and draw from the message it carries. Ground zero carries forever the imprint of 9/11 … and that imprint is there not to haunt us but rather to remind us. The massive cloud of spiritual energy, the feeling of thousands of swirling spirits that I was a part of that day and the light that surrounded them is a part of the eternal message that was left to us as well. I saw those spirits as they were released from human form and set free to blend into the celestial light … I am compelled to relate that yes there was fear and unimaginable emotional and physical pain and suffering … right up to the moment of release … and then, then there was peace and unbelievable joy. There was the understanding that they had been a part of a shift in the consciousness of humanity … there was celebration and love all around, and peace, unbelievable peace. From the human view they were innocent victims of brutality and terror and war. From the spiritual side they were volunteers whose mission was to awaken a deeper understanding within the hearts and souls of mankind. We on this plane were thrust into a battle that is ongoing as I write. On the other side, hero’s and martyrs celebrated because a war had been won with their sacrifice and the consciousness of mankind had been stretched to at some point reach a peace that before had not been possible.

            Once those souls crossed into the light they became aware of the purpose of the sacrifices and how we could take wisdom and understanding and make our reality a better place because of it. Yes, there was great sadness and suffering but the human spirit expanded and grew because of it, there is always a bigger picture and the further the distance the greater the perspective. The more time I shared within that cloud of light that day the more I realized that there was a far greater purpose to the occurrences than any of us could possible imagine. In a way we were all playing out our roles in a greater arena that was not then or ever now perceived by our consciousnesses.

            For thousands of individual souls it was a moment of imprinting time and leaving a message that out of the most horrible experiences, peace, love and compassion can be born … and we saw some of that taking place in the days and weeks that followed, all over the world. Petty differences were put aside and we were drawn together and consoled one another. Yes, a battle was begun, but on the other side a war had been won. Humanity was given the tools and awareness of the greater consciousness that we have yet to grow into; and we will, most probably in spite of ourselves. Those spirits, the souls that crossed over because of that act of terror, knew in that instant, peace, unconditional love and joy and the cosmic understanding that they were immortal and had given a gift to mankind.

            There is a multibillion dollar memorial to those spirits being constructed at ground zero and the other targets of that day and they will be completed within the next few years. They will remind us of that time of transition when the hearts and souls of millions were wrenched and sadness was felt globally. I’m sure they will be beautiful and places to visit and remember for those of us still on this plane … I must say though – the memorial that really touches me to the very core of my spirit are those two beams of light that illuminate the darkness in the evening of every September 11th. To my mind and heart it is more fitting to envision those lights flowing into the darkness creating a bridge into the unknown and returning to the source, slicing through the darkness and ignorance of humanity and bringing light to all of us if we but open to it.
 

 

Taking the Higher Ground
 
            Taking the higher ground is a phrase and a concept that all of us at one time or another have had uttered at us in moments of conflict or frustration. There have been times in my life when I thought someone was being holier than thou and flinging it at me … along with the phrase, “turn the other cheek”. Neither of these concepts I might add did I ever find to be of any help when I was deeply into some sort of emotional or mental battle. I’m not sure if I ever used either of them, because in the heat of the moment they just never seemed to be applicable and quite frankly seemed pretty stupid at the time. Of late, with age and wisdom seeping in (hopefully in equal measure), I have returned to these phrases and re examined them and how I could have applied them to my life, and perhaps make sense and feel as if they made a difference to me. An old Indian chief once said, “I will fight no more forever”, and another wise master said, “The only way to win a war is not to take part in it”. Today, both these phrases resonate to me more intensely than ever before. I have begun to realize that to take the higher road may well be a steeper climb but the view when you get to the summit is breathtaking. Taking the higher road is more than just another approach to a struggle; it’s taking the entire situation to another level of consciousness and bringing the spiritual and unconditional love into the mix. That’s where the climb gets tricky. You let go of the emotions of anger and literally rise above them. You look at the situation or person from another perspective and realize that is just isn’t worth the energy or effort to sink to their level and become them. The universe puts a mirror before you and lets you see what you could become if you sink into the situation and not one of us likes what we see at that moment, It is truly easier to smile and genuinely say something nice and simply walk away. Conflict and anger once carried drop away and there is freedom of spirit and joy fills the space where anger once dwelled. The key is that you truly have to be genuine in your feelings… if you aren’t you are simply reflecting back at the person or situation and fueling the anger and conflict. If you don’t fuel the fire it will go out. If you send love it will go out even faster. It isn’t easy, if it were we probably wouldn’t learn anything.

            Many of us are conditioned to fight for what we believe in and to respond in kind when we feel wronged. There is another way to respond and though not easy it works in dispelling anger and conflict, and brings a new sense of peace to our lives. Understand that when someone attacks you often it is because on some level they feel threatened. If you respond in kind you will validate their feelings, if you don’t respond in kind but rather in love and kindness they are forced to not only reconsider but to shift their approach as well. I might add that this is not an over night response but with time it always works. I’ll also admit that my knee jerk reaction in the past was to attack back and quite frankly it didn’t work too well for me at all. Pulling back and realizing just where some of the conflict comes from makes it easier to understand and let go. Responding in kindness, genuine kindness takes the energy out of the moment and fills it with love and understanding. I’m not suggesting that everyone go out and send love notes to everyone who has slighted you, (I know I’m not yet that evolved), but I am suggesting you try to understand and let go your anger and hurt for then the fire is not fueled and a sense of peace will eventually prevail.

            There is a universal balance and universal justice and if we allow the universe to balance the scales, justice is always given out and it is always so much more appropriate than we could ever have managed in our own human realities, When we try to manipulate justice, when we try to do the job of the universe, we get in the way and often make matters worse. Stepping back, taking energy out of the situation, allows the universe to not only right the wrongs but to balance the energy and often it brings joy and peace to you because you did not interfere.

            I don’t have the answers to major wars yet, but most of them started with simple conflicts and because both sides were adding energy and fuel to the fire so to speak they escalated into major conflicts and then to wars and in some cases world wars. So if we take care of the small stuff then maybe the big stuff won’t have a chance to manifest.

            Taking the higher road shifts the consciousness to a whole new level of awareness. It brings us closer to a time when peace and love can prevail and perhaps even the time when the higher dimensions will be open to us as a species and we can indeed dance among the stars.
 

 

The Garden of the Universe
 
            While I spend the cold frosty months of the winter waiting for my garden to awaken and burst forth I began to realize that we are the Infinite’s garden. Seeds of light scattered throughout the universe; nurtured over the eons to grow and spread, evolve and multiply. Imagine what it must have been like to watch us as we evolved and spread … expanding our awareness and reaching even further towards the light that created us. As individuals we are as the different plants that occupy the earth plane. Each one individual and unique, beautiful and important. Each one with a purpose and all needed to create a balance within the universe. Using this analogy and applying it to my life, I know a few people who have thorns, others that (if one were to judge0 could be considered weeds, and even others that are poisonous and at the very least could cause a good rash if given half a chance. Yet everyone is needed if there is to be a balance within the universe. One of our lessons is to learn is to exist in harmony with each other and with the environment. Just as there are plants that can be invasive and can choke out other weaker plants so too are there people and cultures that have tried to do that to their fellow man. Plants can learn to adapt and so can humanity. Plants strive to find a balance in the eco system and so should we. Plants have been known to take root in the most uninhabitable of places, cracks in rocks and the deepest of deserts … so too have we as we strive to find that precious balance within ourselves and our relationships with one another.

            Each springtime we are reminded that there is rebirth and renewal even in areas that have experienced scorched earth. Volcanic earth does break down into fertile soil given time. Springtime reminds us of the balance that is possible and the abundance that is found when that balance is achieved. The springtime is a reminder from the Infinite that life is a cycle; we die and we are reborn just as in nature, lifetime after lifetime / season after season. We evolve and grow, expand and reach for greater awareness. Just as in nature we also must remember that the balance is crucial to our very survival, not only with each other but with the environment that we share as well. It is with kindness and love that we have been nourished through time by the Infinite and that is the same expression we owe to one another in order to restore our lives and planet to the balance that was there upon creation.

            Just as some of us watch with bated breath for the seeds we have planted to take root and grow, so too has the Infinite Spirit watched over us for eons as we have sought for that balance that was here before humanity entered and disturbed the balance of creation. I can just imagine how it must have been for the Infinite Spirit to watch as some tried to overpower others; some tried to eliminate others and still others tried to transplant whole groups of peoples. There must have been moments when free will didn’t seem like such a good idea after all.

            As the evolution of the human spirit continued to grow the balance of the whole planet was changed over and over again. Scattering seeds of light to create a garden of beautiful souls was indeed the work of a Master creator, providing the environment and nurturing those seeds through thousands of generations of evolution and maturation – it is beyond the scope of imagination. The patience the creator has had with the seeds/us as we grew and sought for balance in a universe/garden we were unable to fully comprehend is limitless. The human spirit has planted itself in unusual and wonderful places … we have continued to surprise the Infinite spirit I would guess with our free spirit and strong will, often without the insight needed for informed choices.

            We, all of us in our diversities, create a wondrous garden full of unique and individual beauty. We all need each other for there to be a balance within creation. We are all different and require different environments in order to flourish, and we all must survive in order for there to be wholeness within the universe. Creation is a very interesting concept, the ugliest of plants can provide the most magical cure, the strangest most twisted trees bark can provide a soothing salve and the most unappealing looking root can serve up nourishment for a hungry body and a thirsting spirit.

            So the next time someone becomes a “thorn” in your side or someone has a poisonous tongue or an abrasive personality, try not to judge …they must indeed carry magic like the rest of us and after all you don’t have to take root next to them. Everyone, no matter how strange, has a purpose in the wholeness of the universe just like you. You don’t even have to be in the same bed with them but you do need to exist with them within our world in order for all of us to grow and flourish. Nature has provided us with a great lesson, unfolded before us each spring … all we need do is take notes and pay attention. Poison ivy is a beautiful vine and won’t hurt you at all if you don’t touch it. Allow the diversity to exist and co exist with it and there will be balance and wholeness within out entire universe. We are after all flower children from the stars.
 

 

Footsteps
 
            Recently I have been frequently reminded of the parable of the footsteps in the sand. The story of the man who was walking down the beach with God and he noticed that during good times there were two sets of foot prints behind them, but when things got difficult and emotionally draining there was only one set of footprints behind him. He asked God why he had deserted him in times of trouble. God answered that at those times, when things were so hard; it was then that God carried him. I was reminded of times in my life when the world seemed to be falling apart and I had nowhere to reach for help. I remembered how alone I felt and often even desperate and desolate. Those were certainly times that if I had looked behind me there would have been only one set of footprints, but I never thought to look, to be reminded that I was being carried. The love and compassion of the Infinite is intangible, we can’t see it, we can’t touch it and we can’t smell it but we can feel it if we try. When things are really going badly for us we don’t usually take the time to quiet ourselves to feel it, and so, we feel totally alone and deserted. This story reminds us that at those times we are carried through the darkness and we do survive, because the Infinite Spirit has carried us through even though we haven’t recognized it or acknowledged it. As I look back on some of the fiascos I have manifested in my life it is a wonder that I managed to survive and come out of them with my life and sense of humor still intact. If it hadn’t been for the strength of the Infinite I would never have survived half of the messes I have managed to get myself into. Often we wonder why the Infinite causes things to go wrong on our lives, I hear a lot of, “I didn’t deserve this,” or “Why would a loving God let things happen like this?” We must remember that God/The Infinite Spirit created us and gave us free will. On some level we cause all things that come our way to manifest within our realities because of our choices. The Infinite Spirit, out of unconditional love, carries us through in spite of the dilemmas we have caused. We’re here to learn and evolve; often our lessons involve making mistakes and learning to deal with the consequences. There is an old wives saying that if when raising children you over protect them they will never learn to cope with reality when they are on their own. Difficulties are lessons and if we don’t deal with them they just keep coming back at us with greater intensities until we have gathered what it is we need for our own evolution. If God/The Infinite Spirit prevented us from ever experiencing difficulties we would never grow or evolve. Yet in spite of the situations we draw to ourselves, the difficult lessons we draw into our realities, there is a loving, compassionate God who will always carry us through those times so gently we don’t even recognize the unconditional love that has carried us. Unconditional love, with no strings, no expectations. No need of recognition or credit. Just because we are loved, we survive to grow another day.

            We are never alone; we are always embraced by the unconditional love of the Infinite. At times of difficulty, fear and anger often our perceptions are clouded and make it impossible to know and have faith in that unconditional love of the Infinite that is always there. This is school on a huge level. Our spirits are evolving because of the lessons we are drawing to ourselves. Some are more ambitious than others; some really test the strength of the Infinite. We survive, and we do so because of the unconditional love of the Infinite. At times, life does get complicated and often painful … at those times visualize those footsteps and know that you are being carried through the darkness you have manifested. Will you have to deal with it all? Absolutely. Mother Teresa had a saying she was famous for, she said “I know God never gives me more than I can handle, I just wish he didn’t have such great confidence in me.” We create our lessons, we draw them to us and when we are physically and emotionally overwhelmed by them God carries us through them, and even lets us take the credit. You don’t even need to have faith, though it couldn’t hurt, the love is unconditional and is and will always be there. We will draw wisdom and learn, we will evolve and flower according to the plan we put into place before this incarnation. We are never alone. All we need do is quiet ourselves, let go of anger and fear and welcome the embrace of the unconditional love of the Infinite. Easy to say, far harder to do, but then if it were easy it wouldn’t seem so very precious when we achieve it. Remember the parable of the footsteps and recognize those times in your life when there were two sets and those when there was only one. Recognize that though things may get difficult and maybe even very uncomfortable the steps never falter and you will survive … to create even greater challenges for your own evolution. We are never alone and once you accept that there is another walking with you, the journey becomes far more pleasurable.
 

 

Transition

 
            In these times of change and shifting of energies the term of transition comes up over and over again. Whether it is change in employment or relationship, residence or status, change is certainly in the air. The term “Transition” seems to have taken on an ominous resonation recently and I think it is getting what we might call bad press. Transition means change, a passage from one stage, state, subject or place to another. It also means movement, development, or evolution from one form, stage or style to another. It means change, that’s all. There are many of us that don’t particularly like change, it means leaving what is comfortable and known and moving into the unknown. There is a sort of security with the known, even if it doesn’t fit us anymore. When we grow and stretch ourselves we move into a new element of reality and that requires that there be change. Change is good it means we have completed a level of awareness and are ready to move on. If we don’t, if we drag our feet and try to hold the status quo because it is familiar; eventually the universe gets tired of waiting for us and change takes place in spite of us. Though I believe there is adventure within the human spirit it isn’t always manifested and often the universe is called upon to put things into motion. When jobs or relationships drift from us it is only because we were ready on a deeper level to move onto greater endeavors … if the jobs and relationships did not grow as well, they simply do not fit anymore and it is time to move on. Sometimes it can be emotionally painful, but again if we do not grow we become stagnant and eventually we die.

            Being in transition has its exciting points; it gives you the opportunity to redefine yourself. You are starting on a new adventure, you can shift anything you want, take a new look at life and change your perspectives. If you are moving into new relationships you have the chance to review what has and what has not worked for you and to change your approach. If you are moving into new careers the same applies. Being in transition means you have grown and evolved and are ready for new horizons to conquer and new goals to set. This is a good thing, o.k., maybe a little scary, but transition would not be there if you were not ready for it.

            In the case of transition because a loved one has passed into the light, please remember that they have finished the work they needed to do on this plane and have transitioned into new dimensions, they are not “gone” just moved on. This is perhaps the most difficult kind of transition because there is an emptiness that is left behind. Fill it with memories and laughter, honor their lives and know that when you complete your lessons you will be able to take up your journey in another dimension, and most likely will again have the opportunity to touch and share with those who have gone before you. The journey you are on is not just of this plane or this lifetime and transition is a very good positive part of evolution and spiritual enlightenment. Celebrate it and the “Transition” becomes a bridge to greater awareness and cosmic enlightenment, a small step at a time.
 

 

Reincarnation
 
            One of the aspects of being a spiritual individual involves the concept of reincarnation. Each person has their own interpretation, their own truth and everyone is correct because we are all on different levels of evolution and different levels of consciousness so our perceptions are always changing and growing according to our own personal growth cycles. Each persons truth is just that, their truth and I have no intention of changing anyone’s personal truths. What I would like to do is share mine with you. If it makes sense and it is something you want to embrace, o.k. This is my truth, at least for now and it has come to me through study and meditation and channeling for many decades, I offer it for consideration, maybe even amusement for some.
            Reincarnation is the process of returning to earth in another body, with a different personality and perhaps even a different sex, in order to continue the process of evolving to greater levels of enlightenment … the goal being to return eventually to the source of creation and merging with it. Our souls were all created at the same time. Each of us holds a spark of the infinite within us. It is our soul that holds the life force, the cosmic energy that empowers us lifetime to lifetime. It is our soul that moves lifetime to lifetime, and our soul that gathers experiences and light and moves into greater cosmic understanding. It is the soul that is constantly evolving, not the personality, a point that sometimes leads to confusion. The personality is of a singular lifetime, it is the soul that is recycled over and over. Just as we change clothing with the seasons, or as we grow, so too does the soul change shift personalities with each new incarnation. If our personalities were winter coats and each season, or lifetime, we got a new one that would mean that somewhere in the cosmos the soul has a huge closet full of discarded coats, or personalities that were used for a season of evolution and then put away because they had been out grown. The soul evolves through the personality; sometimes the personality is a challenge indeed for the soul to reach through and touch into the present reality.
            Another analogy that presents itself is that the soul rides the personality through each lifetime much in the same way we change vehicles during a lifetime. We choose different kinds of cars, different colors, types, makes and accessory packages. Each vehicle carries us further into a lifetime, distance and growth are covered and when it can carry us no further we trade it in ( pass over) and get a new one (another lifetime). Each vehicle is different but the driver remains the same.
            In human form the soul is bound by the physical laws as it evolves. Our consciousness is only of this lifetime for the most part so we often are not really seeing the whole picture as to the purpose of what befalls us and what it is doing to temper our spirits so that they can reach for greater cosmic goals. It is hard to grasp that the personality, so vibrant and intricate, was created for only a single lifetime. My only frame of reference is my personality and how I view life and evolution. My spirit is what motivates me and holds my life force. Our personalities are not discarded; they are incorporated into the richness of the soul. When we cross over, we, for a time, maintain the form and format of the personality. We are able to identify loved ones because of the personalities carried within the most recent lifetime. We find our loved ones, both human and those from the animal kingdom and blend energies and love. The time between incarnations isn’t exactly carved in stone but a hundred years give or take seems to be the usual time spent in Summerland. As the spirit evolves in that realm, the inner light grows until the physical form and personality are no longer needed and we become light body energies. It is at that time that the soul begins to focus on what new areas of evolution it wants to work on and a new chapter begins as the soul once more reaches for the earth plane and a new personality and reincarnation begins yet again.
            Our spirits are fragments of the Infinite, shining white light that dispels darkness and fear. Every lifetime there is created a new face or facet for that spirit. Personalities are not lost; rather they become another facet of the larger whole that is the soul energy. We have all met individuals that just shine; those are the people who have been on this cycle of evolution longer than others. Each lifetime adds brilliance to the inner core, the more we return the greater the light we radiate when we return. Each personality providing another facet for the light within to be refracted through. That light shines out onto humanity helping, healing and bringing spiritual light of the generations that follow on the pathway. Though the personality does not journey as the vehicle lifetime to lifetime it does add onto the brilliance as lifetimes and experiences are gathered. We are the sum of the total experiences gathered, reflected by the personalities that have carried the spirit through thousands of generations of our growth. We continue to glow with renewed brilliance always different and unique with new perspectives each time, treasuring the past and using it to renew and expand the consciousness each time we touch upon the Earth plane.
 

 

Faith
 
            Faith, that intangible, indescribable quality within each of us that embraces us and supports us when all else seems to fall away. It is described in the dictionary as, “unquestioning belief, anything believed, complete trust or confidence.” I might add that all of this comes without physical, tangible, qualitative proof. There is no proof, and yet we believe, we have faith. Faith sends a message out and proclaims in some small way, our belief systems. It is one of those special treasures that have been given us by the Infinite Spirit and one of those qualities we take very much for granted. On some level, deep within our spirits has been planted the seed of faith, placed there by the Infinite upon creation and we have carried it and nurtured it throughout every incarnation. It has been a tool, carried us through dark times and it is even at times become a weapon against ignorance. For when we have true faith we don’t need physical proof because within our hearts we just know.
            Faith is part of our original program if you will; it was installed at creation and cannot be lost or deleted. Given to us at creation we have carried it through time and space we have had lifetimes when it was a great part of our physical lives and then others when we choose not to touch upon it and use it for the enlightenment it brings. Faith – believe and embrace the light it brings with it. It can heal, create miracles, open your minds and hearts … but it must be embraced and nourished in order for it to flourish.
            It has been written that all one needs is faith the size of a mustard seed to move mountains and create miracles. That’s a very small speck, but it can indeed move mountains and create wondrous miracles. It is through our faith that the Infinite Spirit is able to manifest within our lives and realities. Because faith is of a spiritual nature that is where the true miracles happen. Having faith that all things will work out in the most appropriate manner, that those who are ill will find healing and peace within the embrace of the Infinite, and that those who are still in the physical will find hope and comfort … those are the kinds of miracles that faith can bring into our lives. We all have that seed within us, we all have faith and we label it differently according to our belief systems. Faith is an important part of our makeup and we have the free will to use it or not within each lifetime. It can make life richer and more vibrant.
            An important part of faith is in remembering who placed it within our souls, who gave us also the free will to use it or not. If we open the door to what it can add to our lives there is richness beyond measure … our old friend unconditional comes in here as well. Faith was given us with unconditional love to use or not. If we choose to open to whet it brings we open also to the unconditionally of it, for this is a spiritual aspect of our existence and nature and will be manifest through those qualities within us.
            Let us remember what we have been given and the richness that it has added to our lives,, let us be grateful for the blessings for they are many, let us have faith that richness will embrace us as we open to the potentials carried within.
 

 

Count Your Blessings
 
            We are surrounded by blessings – Miracles every day – small ones and big ones. Most of the time we don’t recognize them or even acknowledge them. When times get difficult we are even less inclined to notice the small blessings that are showered down upon us every day. I’m just as guilty as anyone of ignoring them and when I do, life tends to get a bit bleak. Of course all of us want a full fledged miracle, something that defies science and reason, to happen in our lives … something that would make the six o’clock news. But would we really recognize one if it hit us in the face? I wonder what if I was on the other side of the equation so to speak. Not the one begging for the miracles but rather the one supplying them. How would I feel if none of the millions of small miracles I had supplied were enough, or appreciated, or even acknowledged? Would I be inclined to shower huge gifts on humanity if the small ones were taken for granted and not considered enough? I think we’re very lucky that the Infinite Spirit has unconditional love for us, and continues to give in spite of the fact that as a whole we seem to be not to appreciative for all of the blessings that are showered upon us every day.
            There is an old song called Count Your Blessings and it holds great wisdom. It tells us to count our blessings, count them one by one, count our many blessings see what God has done. It goes on to say that when you’re down or sad that counting your blessings relieves sadness and brings light into your life … and it does.
            It is those small blessings, that when gathered together, that become the foundations for the greater miracles that occur for us once the ground work is laid. Take time out of your day and spend some time listing the many blessings that have been given you. Your family, friends, sunsets, cool breezes, friendly smiles from strangers, the love of a pet, the joy of laughter, the wind whispering through the trees, the softness and beauty of snowflakes, the gentle rhythm of a spring rain, the soft babble of a brook as it meanders through a field, the touch of a loved one, the peace of a quiet moment with absolutely nothing to do …… you get the picture, we are blessed and sometimes we forget …count your blessings and remember, build the foundations for even greater miracles.
 

 

Guide Posts
 
            Over the last several thousand years or so Humanity has been given simple guide posts for spiritual direction by many highly evolved spiritual people who have walked the earth plane. At the very foundation of every religion known to us there is a version of the Golden Rule; Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Even before recorded time the spoken beliefs echoed those same sentiments. Simple but not always so easy. Another source of guidance given us through time are the ten commandments, again a frame to work from. Guiding rules to gently structure our way. According to your persuasion there are different numbers ranging from ten to twelve or more. Using these two major sources for guidance as to how to live a spiritual life provides us with a road map as to how to approach life in a more spiritual manner.
            The commandments are simple and straight forward and they applied to the times and the consciousness of humanity of the time of their origin. As we have evolved it occurs to me that some of them could be expanded on just a bit to more deeply apply to the current times. The third commandment states we should not worship idols. At the time that meant graven images, in today’s society, things like money and power are often sought and worshiped as Gods. They are things and our devotion is better served by focusing on the higher realms for they are still as pure as they were at the time of creation. Rather than setting goals of evolution we are quite often caught up in the pursuit of material things instead of concentrating on the manner in which we are living and impacting our environment. The physical rather than the joy of spirit often has more attention.
            The fourth commandment speaks of taking the name of God in vain. For me this goes beyond cursing, I feel that if we over use a term no matter what it is, it loses its impact. When I call on God or the universal energies, I want them to listen, and if I call on them too frequently I’ll end up being the child that cried wolf.
            The fifth commandment, remember the Sabbath and keep it holy, means more than attending a church. As far as I know God does not take attendance. This is a day meant for reflection and joy. To my mind the Puritans took it a bit too far but they had the right idea. In doing my genealogy I found ancestors who were fined for picking peas on Sunday. Somewhere in the middle works well for me. Visiting a house of worship is only the beginning, and not really necessary at all if your heart and spirit are in the right place. For me the day should hold reflection on the spiritual within my life, it should be a time of focus on the beauty of what we have been given, even if it is hard to find at times. It is a time of finding the joy of the spirit and celebrating it.
            The sixth honor thy father and mother. Not always easy in the best of times… but honoring those who brought us into the world and the lessons they have provided is important, and they need not be near or even on this plane to feel the honor. Those who provided the means to get us here so that we could experience life and the joy of creation. Personal relationships are often the lessons given us to grow and understand on a higher spiritual level. We are given countless opportunities to learn and grow; it is of course our choice as to whether or not we choose to draw upon those experiences for joy and growth.
            The seventh commandment, thou shalt not kill. This is one of those that takes on deeper meaning because of the evolution of humanity. Taking the life of another is obvious, but this commandment goes beyond that concept, we should never kill another’s dreams or hopes as well. How often have we said, “You must be kidding, you really don’t believe that or think that”, instead of saying, “why not, give it a try.” How little it takes to be supportive as opposed to judgmental. What a gift you would give to another by supporting dreams and aspirations.
            The Ninth commandment, thou shalt not steal – this one goes beyond the material which is of course enforced by physical laws. This also means ideas, dreams or hopes, anything not of the physical realm; and stealing on this level is governed by a higher law. What goes around comes around, without a doubt. It seems to me that the physical laws and realms are reasonably simple to understand and follow. It’s when we try to build upon the work of another that things often fall apart and we wonder why.
            The tenth – thou shalt not bear false witness, in other words lie. Not only to others but to yourself and the universe as well. There are those who use lies of omission and claim they aren’t lying. There are others who tell “White lies” and feel its o.k. A lie is a lie, and when we are untrue to our nature and tell a falsehood we suffer it to be done to us … and often wonder why? There is a subtly here that is often missed. Telling the truth is important, but how you tell it is just an imperative. Truth should be given with love, gently and humanely. Truth harshly given can be as hurtful and cruel as a lie. Finding kind and gentle ways to give the truth is a skill and a gift and one that is constantly worked upon. It brings back into play the Golden Rule; speak to others as you would have them speak to you.
The eleventh commandment – Thou shalt not covet – envy – not a good thing. We are where we are because that’s where we need to be because of our spiritual evolution. Wishing we were in another’s place could be a dangerous thing. You don’t have any way of knowing what that other person is working on and it might not be as nice as where you are at this point in time. In my youth I looked at huge mansions and thought that one day I would love to have one and live in it … today I look at the same mansions and think, boy I wonder how much time it takes to clean that monster, there’s no way I would want that much room to souse my car keys in.
            I know I haven’t taken liberties with all of the commandments but some of them just stood the test of time and are as clear as when they were written so to speak. If there were a suggestion box for commandments, I do have a suggestion for an additional one. How about – Thou shall not judge? I have found that in today’s society it has become common for the element of judgment to filter into our lives. We have no right to judge another and yet we do so on a pretty regular basis. Opinions, when asked for and gently given are appropriate, sitting in judgment of another is not only not our place but often unkind. Usually when it’s done we don’t even realize what we are doing but it can be so hurtful in a world that needs more kindness.
            If we took these guides and suggestions from the past and used them to follow our pathways, they could not help but be spiritual and enlightening. All we really need do is pay attention to what time has brought us through generations of mans development and evolve them into the here and now … make them a part of everyday life instead of something committed to memory for a time and then filed away. Make them your living pathway and you can’t ever get lost.
 

 

Love
 
            Love – something very special, we all seek, and a gift beyond measure when shared with spiritual intent. The bible has a wonderful definition. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with truth. It always protects, always hopes, always preserves.” Love supersedes all else because it outlasts them all. Long after all other gifts are no longer necessary; love will still be the governing principle that touches us all.
            Love is a very precious commodity in this world, we all seek it, we reach for it and feel a special richness when it is a part of our lives. Sometimes though, I wonder if we really understand how very precious and rare it really is. We were created in love, the Infinite Spirit breathed the breath of life into us at the time of creation and has embraced us in unconditional love ever since. There are times when we don’t feel the love that is around us or within us and that’s because we have put conditions and expectations on it. Love is unconditional and free. Love, real love has no limits and is infinite. There are no conditions on the love of the Infinite. We don’t have to perform in a certain way or be a member of any political party or even practice a certain religion. The Infinite Spirit loves us no matter what we do or who we are. That’s unconditional and absolute.
            In human form we try to be like the Infinite in loving ways and the more we practice those unconditional methods the closer we are drawn into a union with the Infinite Spirit. We strive for oneness and love, each in their own way. We seek loving relationships and often forget that we must love ourselves first before we have anything to share with others. The old term unconditional comes into play over and over again in our striving to find the bliss we seek in the love of the Infinite.
            We love people, pets, chocolate, ice cream, potato chips and sweets. Sometimes the things are easier to love than the relationships we struggle for. Things don’t expect anything of us … relationships, now there’s another matter altogether.
            We were once cold, without warmth, like a cold stone picked up on the side of the path, until the Infinite Spirit breathed the breath of life into us and embraced us with his love. We rested in the embrace of that love and were warmed by it, just as a stone resting in the palm of your hand will be warmed by your life force. You don’t have to clutch or grasp the stone, simply cradle it as the Infinite did with us, it warms and reflects what we share with it, without effort. You don’t hold tightly to the stone for if you do eventually your hand will cramp and you will have to release it … So too with love. That which rests easily, is cradled and embraced by spirit, will rest within you forever. If you choked the stone, tried to change it, make it into your perception of what it should be, you would eventually fail and have to release it … so too with love. You cannot change love any more than you can change a rock.
            Love rests easily when it is not chocked – love resides within you and around you – you are able to love because you are loved – unconditionally and eternally.
 

 

Free Will?
 
            When humanity was created, we were given a gift that was rare and powerful, it was that of free will. One of the basic, fundamental lows that guide us along our spiritual pathways, In a way it’s like getting a wonderful gift and not reading the directions that come with it. We use it often, saying we have free will to make choices and changes within our lives, and we do. We at times, wield it like a sword, slashing our way out of or into dilemmas that can be more confusing that a rubric’s cube. The part that we have often forgotten, not bothered to read or take in, is that the balance of exercising our free will is that we have to also accept the consequences of our choices (not always as much fun as exercising our free will). As with the law of attraction, it is simple, profound and carved in stone. Every action creates an equal reaction.
            Free will isn’t free … There is a cost and often it is more than we wanted to spend. I have in my lifetime made choices that felt good for a moment and then the ramifications of my actions caused a cascade of results that often took me years to clear up. The universe is balanced; the laws that govern it are balanced. So the next time you decide to exercise your free will … take a moment and read the directions, consider what the outcome of your actions will be and decide if the result is worth the price you will eventually pay.
            When we came into this lifetime there was a plan that had been made by our higher consciousness that would lead us towards the evolution of our spirit. We always have the freedom to make changes in that plan … we have all of eternity to evolve. If we choose to go against the natural flow of our spirit towards a goal we can only catch a glimmer of from time to time, we have to be ready to accept the consequences of our actions. Our spirit is ever evolving and often in unusual ways. It always fascinates me when things fall into place if I just stay out of the way. Being human, I almost never read directions … as a result I have often made very large messes, and then complained about it. After exhausting those who would listen to my complaints, I would quiet myself and reflect. With no one looking I always had to admit that no matter how miserable a mess I had created, I had done the creating, no one did it to me. The law of attraction was vibrantly present and it had its pal free will in attendance. I also have to claim responsibility for the good times in my life … after all there is balance in all things.
            Free will costs – and it can be a good thing. It’s like a sharp tool, it cuts both ways and we should be very careful of how we use it. Free Will is really a misnomer. In reality we used it wisely when we were on the other side and making plans to rejoin humanity in human form. We had the freedom to choose what we were going to work on and how we wanted to pursue our evolution. Then we reincarnated – into a physical world with all of its encumbrances and distractions. Being human is real work, especially when the spiritual philosophy and laws are interwoven. We’re here to learn and the lessons often come in the form of hurdles and difficulties and they more often than not result from our not thinking we have to read directions in order to exercise our free will. There is a plan and we are following it, no matter how circuitous it seems. I sometimes think the name “free will” is a joke the universe played on us. We do have free will, we have the freedom to use it … just make sure it is done wisely and with love … then we are really demonstrating unconditional love and that we have really read the directions.

Free will has a cost … it isn’t free … but its worth the price.
 

 

Finding the Master Teacher

"Inspiration is that small elusive spark of wisdom that, when followed, leads us in the direction to the souls true destiny. It is a light that illuminates understanding and compassion. Its source is gathered over lifetimes of experience. Within each and every spirit is the glory of creation, the wisdom of the masters of all time and the hunger of the eternal student always reaching for the next level of understanding and evolution. Ever being sent back to square one in order to ever experience evolving wisdom upon new levels of insight and wisdom. You are the masters of old, the students of today and the prophets of tomorrow ever spiraling forward towards the light that ever beacons. Master, teacher, student …student, teacher, and master all in one. Seek out the light within rather than looking outside your own experience … for it is within that all the answers and directions rest."

 
            As a student of the light I have always been on the lookout for a new teacher, a master to share with me the answers of the universe. I have always looked for a teacher to study with, one who was beyond me and knew the way to enlightenment. The problem has always been - just how do you recognize a master? What sets them apart so that those of us who are hungry for wisdom and enlightenment can find them and study, drink from their pools of wisdom and gain the treasures they have? Probably all of us could name a few living or dead that would fit the label … but the reality is - they aren't listed in the yellow pages, they don't wear nametags and there are no neon signs hanging over their doors. So where do we find them? Look no further - each and every one of us has come through hundreds, perhaps hundreds of thousands of lifetimes here on the earth plane. We have experienced every profession and either used or abused the wisdom that we gathered - probably both. We have been both sexes and experienced everything wearing both cloaks. This is the reason we have such fertile imaginations for that is where all the experiences are stored. This explains why there are prodigies and why we so often feel we have been somewhere before. Accepting the philosophy of reincarnation - it only follows that we have viewed history from many different perspectives. Realize that everyone has traveled as long and recognize that anyone among us could have at one time or another might have been a master teacher or healer. The prophets of old were just like us, they worried about paying the bills and feeding and housing their families. How they lived, what they said was not always appreciated in their time but rather grew in meaning and import over the centuries. We are, I'm sure, in the presence of souls that were masters, that walked with masters and who were living examples of what it is to walk the pathway of light towards the destiny of the soul. Each of us has that well of wisdom within. Each of us is in turn the teacher and the student and every living soul has masterful light to share if we but give them the chance.

            We carry within all those experiences and wisdoms that we seek so eagerly from others. We are living miracles and prophases right now that will be written down and treasured by the generations of our own souls in the eons yet to come. Realize we are only reliving, reinforcing the precepts and paradigms over and over each lifetime we return to the earth plane bringing wisdom and light closer and closer to the surface of consciousness. Among us even now are those whose lives will be the examples for others in the generations yet to come. No one has a nametag, no one knows who will be quoted or used for inspiration. Imagine the reaction of those whose words have been recorded and referenced through the past few thousand years … some would be shocked, some horrified and others just blown away that their simple lives could possibly be inspiration for millions of lives. Realize that our journeys, though very personal, may someday be revealed as an example for countless others and walk with a stronger stride within the light that guides you. As you move day to day, and meet others in passing - remember there are no name tags and everyone carries a master within - you'll never know what magic or miracles are right at the surface unless you take the time to honor the spirit within you and then and share the lessons of light and love, life and spirit. Time and the generations of spiritual evolution have a funny way of enlightening us with our own lords and works from the far distant past. Imagine what we will leave for the future generations - knowing that you have been this way before let’s make it even brighter and more loving.

You need only conjure the rhyme.
 
            You reach into the realms of unrecorded time, seeking answers and understanding of those who once were very much a part of the reality that now surrounds you. Know that they are all just a dimension away and the portal to the understanding is just within your reach. Magic is your answer, releasing the solidity of reality so that the creative flow reaches into the furthest recesses of your memories, bringing forth the insight and vision that has lain dormant for so many incarnations. There is a message here, one you bring to your reality through your gifts. Often you may doubt the impact of your gifts, but that is only because you are human and that is a part of your reality. Unlock the flow and let the magic dance once more upon the harmony of the universe within the ethers of your domain. Allow the times and wisdoms that you seek to rise out of the mists and return to your consciousnesses once more for you have and always been a creature of magic yourself. This lifetime perhaps clothed just a bit more heavily in humanity so that the magic and the light of the magic find it difficult at times to connect and find channels into your reality. The ways of the seekers has always been unusual and different and this time is no different for you. The struggle into your magic is an adventure and you will find that the more unusual you are the easier it is to manifest.

            For now, you seek into realms well known to you in lifetimes past. You reach for what is already a part of you.

Druids
            The Druids, ancient beyond measure, a part of this realm always and yet as the consciousness of humanity became more and more rooted in the here and now they faded into the forests that they are here to protect. Faded from the vision of mankind into that space between realms where the sight must be touched by magic to clear the vision of man. They have been here from before the beginning to time, and will be here long after humanity has moved onto new realms themselves. Druids are the keepers of the forests. They brought the first seeds into this realm, this reality and have watched over them since the very beginning. Each species has its own ward or warden who touches each seedling and awakens it to growth. Though not seen ever these days, there were times when the Druids were very much a part of the reality in which you now live. There were times long, before Stonehenge, when they walked among mankind and were treated with respect and awe. They lived in the forests and tended the groves. They were knowledgeable of the healing qualities of the trees both on a physical and spiritual level and shared of this knowledge freely. There were eons in which the mystical and the human lived in harmony and light.

            Now, as mankind once more starts to emerge from an age of darkness, of industrialization, the soul memories of times long past start to re-emerge into the consciousness and bring wonder and curiosity into the heats and minds of man. Here then is the reality that has now become simply a faded remnant of a memory of long, long ago. Between the dimensions, of reality where time stands still and the unknown is known, there floats the tree of light and life, guarded and tended by the oldest ward, the guardian. This one is able to touch into any time, any dimension and frequently history has recorded his presence. He has been known by all the ancient civilizations as one who was wise and held powers beyond those of mortal man. Merlin comes to mind and there are countless others from cultures now gone from this reality. Know that he was also present in the land called Atlantis, and guided the time at the very end so that there were survivors and the wisdom was not lost for all of time … just some of it..

            Floating in this sea of nothingness, the tree of light and life flourishes due to the nurturing of life on all dimensions. Upon the earth plane, when a species of tree ceases to exist, the spirit of that species is enfolded into the heart of the ward or guardian. It becomes a glowing light and is taken back to the source or tree of light and rests upon the branches until it is time to plant that seed once more in a place and time in which it will flourish and grow. The ward then watches over the growth, in the new setting and guides and guards until it is time to return to the source once again. Though Druids connected to trees were the first focus, let it be noted that every species, every life force and form have a ward that watches over their growth and development and who takes the last seed into his heart and returns to the source when the time is appropriate.

            Picture if you can, a large oak like tree, floating within a sea of darkness, illuminated by the pods of light that are the species hanging within time awaiting their turn to re-enter a dimension and start the evolution process once more. At one time mankind was one of these pods of light, returned to many places and planted to grow and evolve, the ward of this species has been called many names, one of which is God.

            The Druids have roamed through time and dimension; they have carried seeds of life to other realms not of this earth, and will, in time reunite many that grew in different environments yet with the same inner spirit. Those will be most interesting times for all of humanity, for you are most definitely not alone within this universe or galaxy. The wards are everywhere watching and protecting. Though you may see them not, rest assured every species has one and is gathered when the journey is over and it is time to return to the source tree. Unicorns and dragons glow upon the branches awaiting the time to be returned to reality, perhaps not those of mankind … but they will once more breathe the air and feel soil under their feet … and perhaps this time they will be understood and not pushed back to the tree.

            Though not requested, the fate of dragons comes to the fore and a moment of your time is requested. Just like the unicorn dragons did exist. They flew and breathed fire and were a magnificent sight within the night's sky. As has often happened, when something is not understood it is hunted down and destroyed, feared by mankind. The dragons are gentle and docile. They did not feed on humanity, nor did they terrorize and destroy. They were the children of ages past … their seeds preserved in an ice age and when the melt came they were reborn into reality. Frightened by humans they tries to run and hide but were hunted down. In the mists of time there were those who lived in harmony with the dragons and flew with them … but that's another time and story. Know that they await the time when they can reenter and not be feared … know also that they still exist is deep places, living in peace and tranquility until they can exist in harmony with mankind.

Witches
            History has been most unkind to these souls who try to help and heal. They flow with the energy of the earth and draw from it great energy and power. They have been called pagan and wicken. To be a witch is to blend with nature and use that power and energy to benefit and heal those who seek their help. Often the power comes as a surprise to those who have the gift. Many feel that they are different and seek help. The energy is unusual and unless one is able to understand and balance it, often the individual can spiral out of control. The intent of the power is healing, and the spirit of the individual who has the power must be pure. If not … good cannot be accomplished and often there is created a knot in the universe that must be undone in a lifetime yet to come. Their power is of nature, they are able to tap into the primal energies of the universe and channel that energy. Because the energy flows through them it draws upon the intent and direction of the witch. Great good can be done by those who are pure of heart. On the other hand those who are unschooled or not ready can create confusion and upset. It should be noted that the only permanent impact that a witches have is upon their own lifetime. Often their outward physical appearance is a direct reflection of the direction they are using their power. There are black and white witches but those are only labels put on them by humanity. All of them have good at the very core; all of them have been gifted because of service rendered in lifetimes past. It is the choice of this lifetime that determines how they use their power and energy. How they reflect the brightness of the light within. They can do no harm to others, they are only able to do good, but that is sometimes misinterpreted. Creative minds have made them more then they ever where, or ever could be. They came in as healers with the gift to tap into earth and cosmic energy … to serve mankind and to help healing to take place. When they have been misunderstood they often have lashed out but only in natural ways. They cannot harm, but they can cause discomfort when pushed. These are good souls who will usually stay on the fringes, in the shadows - for their soul memories remember that they have not been well received in lifetimes past. They do not usually draw attention to themselves but rather share with a very safe, select few for this lifetime. To be a witch is to be one with nature and to be able to use that energy for the benefit of those willing to trust nature and the power it carries.

Fairies

            Small specks of eternal light that flit on beams of sunlight. They carry within them the seeds of laughter and love and have always been a special part of life and nature. Some identify them with dragonflies and others with fireflies. In reality they are much smaller and ever present. They're mission is to spread laughter, to share joy and to nurture the growth and evolution of the human and animal spirits. From time to time they can be seen in the brightest of sunlight almost as a shimmer. There are times when they can be drawn out by flowers, in gardens nurtured by those who have touched into the natural flow of the universal energies. They are always around natural beauty, drawing energy from the glow of its radiance. At times they can be seen twinkling in the darkness when there is need of laughter and love. They carry the seeds of joy and spread them far and wide. They're mission is to release the energy for the laughter and love that brings joy to the human spirit. It is for mankind to recognize the seeds are there and to use them to open their hearts to the full potential that the laughter and love can bring into their realities. Fairies have been present since the beginning of creation and will always be. To see them, too recognize their presence one need only be still and watch for the glitter in the sunlight. To draw them in one needs only share laughter filled with joy and love and they're presence can not only be felt but also seen within the minds eye.

            Each will see them according to the extent of spiritual vision that is within. Everyone is able to sense and feel their presence. Lightness and love, combined with unconditional love creates the atmosphere. Often they will be glimpsed around newborn babies for they're energy is made of pure unconditional love. Often still will you find babies laughing for no reason, they see the fairies and fuel magic that only they can see.

            These small beings have greater power than one could imagine and yet they are rarely felt or seen. Mankind doesn't even recognize them and still they faithfully continue to shed love, light and laughter upon the human race. They are a rainbow of giggles that lead to a shower of laughter that opens to unconditional love. Mankind grows and heals because of these small specks of light that bring understand and wonder to even the youngest and smallest of the race. Animals are very use to their presence and welcome the visits for they know unconditional love when they see it … it will be a while for mankind.
 

 

The Golden Rule

            The Golden Rule - we've all heard it …most of us have quoted it to death, it’s so well known you just have to say "the Golden Rule" and almost everyone knows what you’re talking about. I got to wonder about its origin, thinking I already knew that it came from the Bible and was one of the quotes attributed to Jesus. That is true, but that isn't the original source, it turns out that the philosophy has been around since before the beginning of recorded history. This thread of wisdom has woven its way throughout time and history becoming a part of every religion and philosophy we have. Just for the fun of I'm listing some of the places I found it in some of the Philosophies and Religions through time:

570 AD - Islam - "Not one of you truly believes until you wish for others what you wish for yourself" - written by the prophet Muhammad.

6TH century BC - Shinto - "Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself"

2,000 years ago - Christianity - "In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you; for this is the law and the prophets."

2,500 years ago - Buddhism - "Treat not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful."

5TH century BC - Taoism - "Regard your neighbor's gain as your own and your neighbors loss as your own".

1,800 years BC - Judaism - "What is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbor. This is the whole Torah; all the rest is commentary."

5,000 BC - Hinduism - "This is the sum of duty; do not do to others what would cause pain if done to you."

            Going back even further we have the primal religions that come mostly from oral traditions - summed up they say, "The entire universe is alive and interconnected. One should treat all creatures in the world as one would want to be treated."

            Interesting isn't it, that this same philosophy has woven its way throughout time and touché into all forms of religious beliefs, and that all great masters of love and philosophy have uttered these same words in one form or another. I believe there's a reason, it is the pathway to enlightenment and evolution - everyone had the answer and the way - it is the key to what we all seek and if we but walk that pathway - Live by those words - whichever version we choose - we can only be led to the wisdom and light we all seek.

            The foundation has always been a spiritual one based upon a simple and universal philosophy. It doesn't matter what your Religion or even if you have one. What matters is that we all follow the same basic philosophy. The Golden Rule is more than a simple saying that has been used so much we have forgotten its true meaning and worth. There is a reason this phrase is common to all belief systems and religions - it is the key and the path to enlightenment no matter where you are coming from it will take you to the source, to the origin of the light from which we all came from so very long ago.

            Pause for a minute - if we all lived those words - if we walked them in earnest and in love - the world would be full of peace and there would be no conflict - All religions, all philosophies have the sane seed truth - they all come down to the same law and pathway. They all tell us to treat each other, as we would like to be treated. Forget all the rest and just follow that simple charge and you will find the pathway opens to you and the light surrounds and embraces you - what you have been seeking for generations of your souls evolution will be within your grasp.

            More often than not the truth is so clear we can't see it - so simple we ignore it - and so obvious we can't believe it's that easy. For thousands and thousands of years we have had the answer before us - told to us and written down for us. Wouldn't it be nice if we finally paid attention to it? We have had the answer and the key all along; it's how we live our lives in accordance with that rule that determines where our pathways take us. It's how we walk our pathways in accordance to that rule that determines our spiritual awakening and the enlightenment we seek. Live the words and watch the key unlock the doors for you.
 

 

Get the Message?
 
            At creation - in the beginning - when the INFINITE Spirit created the souls of mankind and all life as we know it, a process was begun - a journey initiated. We all know on some level, that we carry within our mortal coils, a spirit that is immortal and a piece of the Infinite, creator of all. Some of us believe that the soul reincarnates lifetime after lifetime throughout eternity, gathering wisdom and evolving back to the source of all light in the universe. How often do we reflect upon that part of ourselves that has no physical form and yet is the driving force behind every lifetime we experience. Within each of us there rests a soul - a spirit - a part of the Infinite, that we carry through, in our physical bodies, lifetime after lifetime. When we enter a lifetime we have full knowledge of the spiritual process - we have come directly from the connection with the Infinite - we have full knowledge of past lifetimes - the purpose of this lifetime and what is yet to come. We know the pathway we are directed towards and we have full knowledge of the love of the Infinite and trust in that love. We can see to the different realms and dimensions and we can see spirits and communicate with them. Of course we can't share any of that information with our physical families because the human form has not developed to that point. By the time it has, the ego and the personality have developed and the soul fades into the recesses of the consciousness to ride out the lifetime gathering and evolving because of the experiences the lifetime presents. We do have a connection with that part of ourselves, though we seldom take advantage of it. We are able to touch into that energy and get guidance and wisdom from it … though few take the time. The soul, being a part of the infinite, is our link to the source of all creation. When we pray it is through our soul energy that the message is sent - soften in prayer we send - we speak - we question, and yet, how often do we listen? There are always answers, though not always in words. The answers come as signs within our lives - they are subtle and often missed. The days of the burning bush and thunderous voices from the clouds are long gone. The Infinite Spirit has been there and done that. Our souls are capable of receiving messages if we but listen - if we but quiet that human part of the constant chatter that goes on inside our heads and listen quietly. Being still and listening is an art everyone is capable of … letting go of the personality and the ego a bit difficult but not impossible. The connection between our souls and the Infinite is a two way line if we but open to what is being sent. Because this is on a spiritual level often the day-to-day issues won't be addressed - but spiritual matters - those of evolution and philosophy will constantly shower over you and with these tools you will better be able to deal with the day-to-day questions. Your answers will come in feelings and visions rather than words. They will present in unusual ways but they are there.

            Up front and personal our problems can seem insurmountable - from greater perspective of a soul evolving and growing through a difficult time - it is only a ripple, a very small ripple in the sea of time. By taking the long view, understanding it is only a lesson to stretch and enable the spirit to grow, difficulties soften. If we but quiet ourselves and listen … if we quiet ourselves to the moment and allow ourselves to receive love and compassion, and love from the other side … things take on new meaning and we are better able to use our connection to the Infinite, allowing our soul to more frequently manifest within our realities. Each one is unique and precious … each of us are on a journey that none other has traveled … and the souls we carry within are as different as the snowflakes … no two are ever alike. The personality, the ego, the human form were all created to carry that very precious soul through this lifetime and countless others too numerous to imagine. Remember your precious cargo … this is only one of millions of lifetimes it has traveled and this time you were created to be the carrier and the one to experience the lessons so that it could grow … You are that soul wearing the garments of this lifetime.
 

 

Where Do We Go After Death?
 
            Lately, there I have received a lot of questions about what happens after death, where does the tunnel end and what causes the light that draws the soul forward. Having never experienced death, in this lifetime, I have to rely on what I have gathered from my experience with spirits who have passed over and, if you will, have shared their wisdom and light with me. At the moment of death there is a tunnel and there is a light at the end of it. This has been confirmed by many who have had near death experiences. The tunnel is a threshold to the other side of consciousness, a doorway to a place lovingly called Summerland by many, because the sun never sets. It is constantly pleasant and warm, cool and meditative. At the moment of death the spirit within senses the light of the infinite at the end of the tunnel. That recognition awakens that spark of the infinite within each of us and the spirit is drawn home to its source. Our spirits are light body energies – they are spheres of light, having no form but able to assume any form necessary. The spirit or the light body energy within, while still in human form, is gently drawn down the tunnel, passing and greeting others who have passed before them as they cross over the threshold into the other dimension, or the other side.

            The spirit maintains the human form for a time in order for it to fully be comfortable with its surroundings. Summerland is very much like the earth plane, except of course there is no pollution or civil unrest. The spirit is able to gather with family and friends, play golf or go fishing. Summerland is a place without time or pressure. The spirit is able to pursue any endeavor it wants. But there is one big difference, human wants and desires, needs and emotions rapidly drift away and are replaced by unconditional love. The personality that was used here on the earth plane fades slowly as the light body energy within becomes stronger and more comfortable. This doesn’t mean those that pass forget us or let go of the love they hold for us, rather it increases but in an unconditional way. When they visit they are not only coming from another dimension but from another level of consciousness. There is a blending of light at the time of death and they experience joy beyond measure. When those that have passed visit, they are drawn by the lights within each of us and the knowingness that we are all -- we come from and we return to that oneness. Often when they visit, they share love and light in hopes of enlightening us. Though they can’t interfere or intervene with our destiny’s pathway they can and do share light so that we can see with greater clarity.

            Life in Summerland is calm and pleasant, it gives the soul a chance to debrief and assimilate the lessons that have been gathered each lifetime. At the same time, families gather, they share and reminisce, and when each is ready they begin to work on the spiritual evolution of the light body energy they carry within.

            The best analogy I have as to how the spirit evolves is that each lifetime we wear a different coat. It is our personality, our sex, our drives, ambitions and quirks. At some point in time after death, usually fifty or so years in human terms, the spirit or light body within, is comfortable and sheds the human form, putting it in the closet along with those of countless other lifetimes. We can always reach back and remind ourselves of lifetimes past by trying on those other coats that hang in our closet. We retain all past memories and experiences within the body light and have full access to the records of past lifetimes and each pathway followed. Because unconditional love is all around us in this dimension, the loves of the past and present are always with us – they are bright flashes of light within our lights and are a constant reminder of love that was shared and experienced lifetime after lifetime.

            There are homes in Summerland, schools, gardens and libraries. Anything and everything you can imagine, except stress, anger, depression and anxiety. If your spirit needs something to ease it into the light, it is provided. You take as long as is needed to shed your human form and become light body energy. There are those who have taken thousands of our years and others that are just passing through. But the rule of thumb I am told is that about a hundred human years is the average stay in this dimension.

            The evolution of the spirit is the purpose for reincarnation. The reason we come back time after time in different shapes and sexes is to give the soul the experiences it needs to move into the greater dimensions that await us. That greater light of the infinite is always drawing us forward and stretching us to greater wisdom and compassion.

            I want to mention that as far as I can tell, the animal kingdom is also a part of the whole plan. It is my understanding that animals, especially our pets, have individual spirits and go through much the same sort of process. I know they are present in Summerland because I’ve seen them there through the eyes and hearts of spirits that have communicated with me. I don’t know if they are evolving towards becoming human … Sometimes I’ve met people that I’m sure this is their first time around and sometimes I’ve been close to animals that I’m sure will be human next time around. One thing I do know is that we never go backwards we always evolve – what I’m not sure of is the sequence in which the spirit evolves. Animals often give unbelievable unconditional love – Which makes one pause and think just a bit.

            Another question that has been asked often is, are there churches in Summerland? The answer is that there are as many houses of worship and manner of worship as there are here. In the here and now, most of the debates and squabbling about religion are because of the human consciousness, the ego and limitations. Once these are shed on the other side, the souls of the spirits blend together in unconditional love, into and that is truly blissful. When this happens, they understand they are all the same because they are all based on the Golden Rule and the Infinite is the light that fuels them.

            All of this being said – why would anyone in their right mind want to come back? Simple – this is where we evolve; this is where we learn our lessons and become better people and brighter soul energies. The other side is for assimilating – this side is for learning and gathering, experiencing the results of our actions and hopefully getting a glimmer of the unconditional love of the infinite. We are given all of eternity to get it. We are given limitless chances to gather what is needed. There is never failure, only learning. There is never judgment – only welcoming and love – and time.
 

 

How Do I Become Psychic?
 
            The question often comes up, “How do I become a psychic”. Each of us has the ability. We all have experienced flashes of insight and can’t explain where they came from or had a “dé ja vu” experience -- knowing you have been somewhere or done something exactly the same before. The channels are within everyone; it’s just a matter of developing them. There are tons of classes that claim they can teach you to be psychic, the truth is, each of us has a different pathway to opening that doorway within. I could tell you the steps I took and even if you replicated them exactly you might not get the same results.

            Don’t panic, I’m going to give you some clues. There are wonderful books out there that will give you lots of information and philosophy, and all the “buzz” words that will enable you to talk a good talk. In reality they are very valid and accurate, but only for the one who wrote the book, because it was their pathway and their threshold.

            If you really want to develop this quality within you, the work begins with you and the way you are living your life . First you need to find that spiritual spark within and gently nurture it into a flame that will light your path. Work on yourself and how you deal with others; become more aware of the impact of your words and gestures and how simple it is to give positive reinforcement without giving an opinion. By becoming more aware of yourself and the direction you are taking your spiritual development, you begin to open the doorway to greater insight into yourself. An added benefit is that you become more sensitive to others. It is a long road and one that is always evolving as you stretch yourself.

            I have mentioned spiritual several times and I want to be clear that this is not connected in any way to a Religion. The spiritual side of an individual has to do with the manner in which we honor the spirit in others while expanding our manifestation of our own spiritual side. You don’t have to put on white robes and go to mountain tops, though there are those who do. It’s a matter of living your life in the light of the spirit within and never judging another. That’s easy to say, but can be difficult to do.

            Expanding your wisdom through reading books, going to classes, are valuable, but aren’t the only answer. Life experience and insight into yourself -- and using your new sensitivity -- opens doors. Becoming more sensitive to yourself first and then to others, enables you to “read” situations and circumstances. The more sensitive you become to yourself the less you rely on your ego and it is when you are able to let go of your ego for a time that the psychic capabilities are able to function. By stepping away from your ego, you open yourself to other realms that have been there all along, yet weren’t visible because of the grounding aspect of the ego.

            To anyone who is on this pathway, a reminder is in order. No matter what you see remember that it is filtered through your experiences and your level of spirituality. Be sure that anything you share is of a positive nature because the spiritual is always positive and giving. I have always found that the readings I give are a direct reflection of where I am. I make very sure I don’t read if it’s been a bad day or if I’m not feeling well. With full awareness that everything you say to another plants a seed, make sure you are coming from a place of light and that what you give others reflects that light.

            There are a few other suggestions I’d like to offer when dealing with the spiritual realm. When one is able to put aside their ego and read for others, they must take care. There is responsibility and power involved. This is a field where you are held accountable on a cosmic level, and there is nowhere to hide if your insights are used unwisely. What goes around comes around. Being psychic is a gift. It will enrich your life and enlighten you in ways unimaginable. It also puts you under a cosmic microscope, so be careful. Have fun with it and always keep it positive and full of laughter. The moment you get too serious or somber, the door slams shut and waits for you to lighten up -- after all -- it is called enlightenment.

The universe eventually will not be able to tell the difference between a spoken thought and actual reality and will compel us to actually manifest those words. We think aloud, promising to create a project, realize a dream or climb an emotional mountain. The imprint of those words upon the element of time creates a contract with the universe and we unwittingly commit to the manifestation of our own words; they represent a promise to the spirit within and the universe embraces it as well, creating a flow of energy that directs us towards the fulfillment of that promise. This often results in life taking on directions that we don’t expect and in some cases are not very comfortable with."

"The old saying, ‘be careful what you ask for’, evolved from the reality that when you put it out there the universe goes into action and helps you to realize your request. The more you cooperate with the universe once this takes place the easier life can be. Your words make the commitment, they reinforce that commitment and by doing so you put energy into the realization of that thought. For those on a spiritual pathway this is greatly increased. Take care with what you put out there; make sure you are going to take action and are willing to work for what your words commit you to."
 
 

This is the dawning of a new aspect of our consciousness, a time when we move from pondering aspects to actually manifesting them.  A time, when we are obligated to walk our talk, or a time to keep quiet and regroup.  This is a time when those who are not walking their inner truths will be called upon to justify and correct their actions.  Humanity comes to a time when the inner and the outer reflections of a spirit must be in synchronicity, they must represent accurately reflections of each other.  Those who do not or cannot become reflections of the inner truths they carry will fall from favor in the physical realms and those who have quietly been walking their inner truths will break from the crowd.  The new awareness that is available to all will require those who do not speak from honesty and integrity to withdraw until they can find the spiritual aspects within themselves.  All will have clearer vision and be able to identify those who are not ready to move into the new awareness that is enveloping us all.  Those who refuse to blend with that energy will be isolated by it until they find the light within.  This is a wonderful time in which the truth within each of us draws us all into new realms of love, compassion and understanding.  This is a time of opening to and experiencing new levels of the spiritual energies that are ever around us.  A time in which much will change and what doesn’t change will expand and evolve into greater energetic than ever before.  We are moving into a time of expansion on levels not before recognized, exploration into dimensions unseen and understanding and insight into the human spirit not even conceived of before.”
 
 

"The element of new birth is always in our future, as old structures are vacated and old thought patterns released.  We are constantly moving into phoenix rising energy, where everything is reborn out of the ashes of the old.  This will always be a time of renewal on many levels as we move into an era of new thought and focus.  Old methods, though familiar, no longer work, so new ones are brought in to expand awareness and give us a greater vision of what the future holds for us.  The roles we play, are for a time comfortable, but eventually no longer hold our potential, so we change and expose facets of our characters that were held within for a very long time.  We then display a greater depth of character and personality that was not before reveled."

"There is a new time upon us, an age of spirit, one in which we become co creators of our universe and reality.  When we were blinked into creation there was a link that was formed between us and the source of our creation.  This lifetime we have the opportunity to add a link to the chain of creation through our own creative energies and the unconditional love within us. We ascend to a level of consciousness where we are capable of the element of unconditional love and therefore worthy of adding to that chain.  We have spent lifetimes searching for and gathering aspects of unconditional love from life’s many different levels.

"The etheric breezes bring us understanding beyond reason.  This does not apply to the lottery or horse races, but to other, deeper qualities within the human spirit.  Try to feel more in tune with the rhythm of our lives and the purpose of those around us.  Try not to use this gift, for it is more enlightening when it comes of its own accord.   There will be vivid dreams and premonitions that will all have positive reflections on our futures.  Remember that most of the information is symbolic.  It is good to keep notes or a journal for a lot of the imagery becomes clear only with the passage of time.  Use it, and it can only bring you greater abundance in the future."

"Universal energies swirl around you bringing you memories of the ancestors past and those who are still with you.  This is a time of pulling together those memories.  Old pictures and gatherings will awaken memories and stories of the past.  Record them, remember them, and embrace the love and laughter they awaken within you.  The ancestors gifted you each with much wisdom and great lessons.  Reach back and find them and bring those wisdoms and gifts into this reality.  The courage and strength it took in the first place is also a part of your heritage.  For those who have no records or memories, times of quiet thought and meditation will awaken within you memories of lifetimes past, which also bring the wisdom and gifts into your realities.  This is a time to honor those who brought you to this point in time; gathering with those who are still here is a wonderful way to start, but not the only way.  The act of silently honoring those who in many cases are nameless works just as well and the thought is as good as the deed."
 
 

"There is always a need to search out and find a teacher, a guide, one who will direct you to the inner enlightenment that at times seems to elude your reach and grasp. Some will feel frustrated in not finding the source they seek, while others will just get on with their lives and ignore the inner pulling.  It is a time if inner seeking, not outer seeking.  That which is calling you is within, and you need only silence your inner chatter to find it.  This requires you to seek out silence and quiet.  We need to set aside a time each day to listen to the inner silence which holds all the answers you seek.  Not in words but in philosophy that will lead you to the inner discovery you seek.  Teachers are fine for the ABC’s, but when it comes to inner enlightenment, the teacher is within and all you need to do is quiet your mind and you will find that wisdom you seek. How will you know it when you find it?  Simple – it will not tell you what to do but rather give you the light and tools to find it yourself.  No real teacher ever answers a question, but rather asks another that sends you on a quest for knowledge.  If you are given the answer, you’ll stop looking and learning."

“A strong, yet subtle universal image is that of a flickering flame.  The energy lightens and then dims as we quest for answers to questions held deeply within.  Energy will ebb and flow as a candle flame flickers in a soft breeze. Go easy on yourselves for your energy as well will ebb and then flow.  Take time for inner reflection and relaxation no matter how busy you are.  The light will dawn on many of those areas that you have been looking for insight on.  Often answers seem to come and go … too quickly to grasp and hold.  Have patience with yourself for in time they solidify and become understandable.  Flickering flames may not give off great heat, but they do cast much light and dispel shadows within the human spirit.  The flicker is for more than just atmosphere, it gives us time to get clarity of vision and insight into deeper meanings to initial fight."

"Allow this energy to be manifest with fun and laughter; no one ever said solutions had to be serious and profound.  The more laughter you bring into your lives, the greater the rewards. The emotions, as well, flow in harmony with creation.  As you incorporate the creative into your lives, the emotional stretches and kinks are released, burdens crumble, and there is greater freedom on many different levels within you.  Enjoy the time of fun and celebration for that aspect of the inner you is not always brought out when there are times of stress.  The old adage that “laughter is the best medicine” is very true.  Laughter and joy bring harmony and peace into your realities.   No matter how difficult a situation if you can genuinely find laughter you break the spell of worry and find solutions that bring healing and abundance."
 
 

“Always try to be focused upon letting go of issues that have become burdens carried for some time.  Take time for forgiveness, not so much of others, but of the self for holding onto situations that no longer have import to our lives.  Often we carry slights that become wounds, when not attended.  Letting go of these issues will allow healing and growth to take place.  It is not by accident that healing and growth are associated with the same color and chakra.  By letting go of hurts and anger we free energy to be other directed towards growth and evolution of the spirit.  Hanging onto anger or hurt weights us down and prevents us from ascension and growth, evolution and initiation to the grater dimensions that our spirits strive for."

“When put in this perspective much becomes petty and silly; after all who would want to be held back from the wondrous magical realms that are so close by petty slights or anger?  Forgiveness is an inner emotion that once embraced shifts the outward expression of the soul energy.  It changes your whole demeanor and how others perceive you.  It does not happen overnight but once begun the process can be felt and movement seen.  It starts on the conscious level and moves to the core of the spirit.  It is a journey well worth the effort."
 
 

"Pay attention to what you need, what nurtures you, and what brings you joy.  Life sometimes gets in the way of remembering that our focus has to me on the self in order for us to evolve and in turn help others.  Some have gotten caught up in the theory that we must be totally dedicated to the service of others in order to be spiritual.  The reality is that if we have not focused upon our own needs, if we have not taken the time to heal ourselves, we are of no good to others.  On a spiritual level we do serve others as well as ourselves, but if the vessel that brings the energy is cracked and not cared for, we have nothing to bring to the table.  This does not mean that it is all right to be selfish; it means that in order to be effective we must care for ourselves as well as sharing with others.  You must focus upon the self and what you need to be vibrantly alive and joyful.  Without those qualities your energy does not reach out to others.  We heal and share only when those aspects have been addressed within us.” 

“Take the time to nurture yourself, pamper yourself and the light and joy form that experience spills over to others and helps them to find their own inner lights and evolve into the healing process as well. Two excellent examples of this process are Mother Theresa and Gandhi.  Look at their lives and what they were able to do … only after they had addressed their own issues and brought peace and joy to their own hearts."
 
 

"Try always to be embraced by a new flow of energy that opens us to greater freedom than ever before.  Strive for expanded horizons and greater insight into the inner gifts we bring into this reality.  You will then feel as if blockages have been removed and you are now free to move ahead on many projects that have been in a holding pattern for quite a while.  Feel a new breeze within the spirit that draws you forward into new endeavors and frees you from the ruts of the mundane.  The openings have always been there it’s just that your vision has cleared and you will see new channels and openings for your thoughts and dreams.  Allow those dreams and thoughts to grow wings and release them into this new energy for when they take flight they soar to the upper limits and become reality.  What you hold inside has to wait, what you release to the potential of the universe takes on a life of its own and draws you along in a new and magical dance of creation.  Celebrate!"
